My first Suburu oil change

Quick and courteous service! They were Very professional. They replaced my windshield wipers for free. The waiting room was clean and welcoming.

Too soon to know. Haven't driven much.

It was ok. Nothing is too wonderful when spending that much money and having to absorb tons of info. Plus the weather was cold, rainy - not fun to check out cars - but it was the only day my son in-law could come with me.

12,000 mile service

I liked getting to set in the nice quiet space by the window viewing the drop off area. A little to loud for me in the TV waiting room. I liked being able to ask Nick some questions about the many indicator lights. Thank you Nick!

Welcoming place to do business

Service was fast. I don't know what your title is for the person meets you at the door and asks what services you need, but he is friendly and a good PR person. Although I didn't wait too long, the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

good service, clean

waiting area was very nice. whole place was very clean. had a recall to be fixed but the sensor message is still showing needs attention.

Excellent service, courteous staff

I like that the tech gives me a contact number while I wait. Also the promptness of service. I was in and out in less than a half hour. Staff is always courteous. Thanks also for the waiting room with coffee and snacks.
