Great service

Rental car was reserved but fell through day of service. Greatly appreciate staff picking up and dropping off my car from my house to allow me to complete my other responsibilities for the day without additional stress

Friendly and kind service

The employee who handled my vehicle was wonderful. Caroline was very kind and tried to hurry the process along as I was waiting with a toddler.

Very responsive and nice, answered all my questions and service was fast and painless. I was in and out in a day and nobody tried to get me to buy anything I didn’t need.

Great service, clean facilities

The garage was clean. The waiting area for customers was roomy and clean. The customer service was great. Mechanics were efficient.

Helped figure out a problem

After getting service my CarPlay was not working. Pulled back in and service worked through the problem for me. Turned out to be a faulty plug cord I was using. Happy they helped me figure it out. Thanks.

Was able to make an appointment for the same afternoon. Friendly and helpful employee greeted us, escorted us to the waiting area and kept us informed during the repair.

Great experience

I appreciate the great customer service that Ben provides. In and out quick and thorough. Bob the shuttle driver is always great too and that service is a great feature.

Fox Subaru Crosstrek Repair Experience

Mercedes was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Got a brand new '24 Outback for a loaner waiting for my repairs. Communication was great and very informative and gave me my history on my repairs and future recommendations of service.
