Love Subaru's!
Everyone is very friendly, the dealership, including the bathrooms is very clean, the young man we worked with was very honest and straight forward. He showed us how everything worked when we took delivery of the new car. He also has helped answer questions about the new technology on the car that we have contacted him about. This isthe third Subaru that we have bought from Fox.

my experience
Had 1st appointment cancelled the day of the appointment (told it was due to running behind and illness of staff). Rescheduled fine....but at the completion of service, (due to computer glitch I was told) I received no receipt, but I could wait longer to get one. While I think the customer service folk are friendly......I'm not so sure of your service department staff and your computers are up to snuff.

Great and trusted service. Beautiful new facility
I appreciate the personalized service. Our family of Subaru cars have trusted and worked with Dave Moreland for over 15 years. As long as Dave is still with the Subaru Service Department, we will be returning for future repairs and service to our Subarus. We don't go anywhere else.

Courteous and genuinely helpful dealorship
Everyone from the person who met me at the oil change bay to the check out were helpful and courteous. They explained everything and answered any questions I had. I loved the ease of getting an oil change now. They make me confident they will always do a good job. I also like the waiting room accommodations.

Went beyond what is required!
My 2015 Forester had one front wheel out of camber. You repaired it when I came in for a standard lubrication and check up visit under warrantee. Fantastic is all I can say!

Great Customer Service
The service dept, even though they were swamped after the 4th of July weekend, were able to not only get me in on the spur of the moment, but got me out just as quick. Being a sales rep on the road, it meant a lot to get me back on the road. My battery had died.

Good Experience
My sales rep was friendly and informative. I also liked that it was a dog friendly dealership so in case you need to bring your pup they welcome them and have treats!
