Great experience Meeza . She was helpful, sweet and called to make sure all was well and explained the car patiently. I felt confused with Michael selling me 5 express plan and did not realize the price and what exactly I was paying for it and the extras. it. I didn't want these extras if I knew I was paying extra for them. Nice they offered a tutorial of the car. I will be going back for that.

Thank you for your feedback. After receiving your concerns, I personally reached out to discuss the Express 5 Plan and the options included in your lease agreement. During our conversation, I explained that if you wished to cancel the coverage, I would be happy to assist with the refund process. Because the vehicle is leased, any refund would be sent directly to the leasing bank and applied toward reducing the balance owed on the lease. At the time of our discussion, you mentioned that you wanted to speak with your husband, Frank, before making a final decision and would get back to me regarding whether you wanted to proceed with the cancellation. I was surprised to see this review the following day, as I believed we had addressed your concerns and I was ready and willing to help process the refund if requested. My goal is always to ensure that every customer fully understands their purchase and is satisfied with their experience.
