Excellent.
We had visited other dealerships in the area but had bad experiences. When we came to Express way Dodge everyone was really nice and treated us with respect. The person that helped us find our car was Terrance Sutherland. He was very professional, he was not a pushy sales man. He explained everything and made sure we understood 100% . He did everything he could so we could get the car we wanted. If you need a car I would highly recommend Express way Dodge. And talk to Terrance Sutherland he will take care of you.

Stopped in gor an oil change during my lunch brrak and got Great service in a timely manner. Was back to work before it was over.

We definitely have ordered the parts from FCA and, unfortunately, they are on back order. We really have no control over the manufacturer - we wish we did - it might prevent us from getting negative reviews! We have mailed your $200 refund check for the CD player we were unable to get for your new Compass.
