just ok
I ordered work and the parts were not in. Needs a tuneup also but crew put me off til next week. So it wasn’t worth 4 hours of my day just a tire rotate and oil change. And the tire pressure sencors still aren’t working right

Quick easy and fair
Everything was nice and quick however the cleanliness of the new vehicle was not at the level for a $57,000 purchase. There were no instructions for installation of the winch hook and we feel it should have been attached before we left the lot.

recall on wiring on Oct. 20,
After they fixed the wiring, the airbag light came on and it never did this until they fixed the wiring recall. Then they charged me 86 bucks. I'm not very happy and I don't think I will bring my vehicle back. I will also let everyone I know my experience.

Great experience
I had a pretty good experience at this dealership. As soon as my boyfriend and I pulled into the lot, we were greeted by Amanda before even getting out of the car. She was immediately able to find the two cars that I was interested in. I eventually made my decision and I couldn’t be more happy with my choice. She helped us out a great deal beginning to end.

I reached out to Expressway Dodge in desperation because I had not so good credit, no trade in and no co-signer. They embraced me and worked with me thoroughly to get me into a vehicle. The sales professional Amanda Wade was amazing to me and made me feel like family. I felt helpless and as though there was no hope for me to obtain a vehicle of my own. She took care of me and worked hard. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a vehicle to go through Expressway Dodge!!!
