Smooth sailing...
Working with Amanda Wade on the purchase of our "new to us" Toyota Highlander was by far the best experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We knew what we wanted and she helped us get it, and the process went very quick. We were waiting on an insurance check to pay for the SUV and they were very patient and great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Amanda on all future purchases!

Service after sale is invisible.
After purchasing a new jeep, we had the dealer install leather interior before pickup. Wrong leather installed. Seat was broken during install. After days of trying to get them to return a phone call, I was finally told that I needed to contact the shop they had hired to do the leather install. After the general manager promised he would call me at a very specific time the next day ( he never called) I got the vehicle back to have seat repaired. Seat broke first time reclining. More calling and more un returned phone calls. I pointed out a paint defect on the vehicle before we left the dealer with it. They took a picture and said it was denied by Chrysler for repair. 10 months later, here I am with horrible paint, still a broken seat, and STILL trying to get them to return calls as I return to trying to get this jeep fixed... Service after the sale is in a ranking of horrible that I have never heard of before. Please do not buy from this dealer.

Friendly professional service
We went in to expressway and knew what we wanted to look at and Terrance made it easy for us to get a test drive right away. We decided we wanted the van but didn't have the time to do all the paperwork that night, so Terrance let us put a deposit down and set up for a time to come back a few days later that fit my wife and my own busy schedule to do the necessary paperwork. We love the van and the excellent service we received...thanks Expressway Dodge!

Friendly, no pressure.
The website made it easy to find what I was looking for. They had the truck ready for me when I got there and he handed me the key. I went for a nice long drive over various roads in the area to get to know the truck. When I got back, he had numbers ready for me. A little negotiating and we were good to go. There was no pressure to buy the extras that I didn't want.
