My dealer was very helpful, he was able to communicate through text and email. He was able to hold the vehicle I wanted until I was able to make the trip for the test drive. When I arrived he had it parked up front and ready when I got there. The application process was fast and friendly and they had complimentary food and drinks while we waited. I went in to look at cars. Terrence took his time walking around the lot, showing cars, and answering any questions I had-pulling up prices on any car I asked about. I went back a few days later to test drive and purchase the car I wanted. Terrence made it happen.

First and foremost, John is the best! I have terrible credit and wanted to keep my payments low. I knew this was not going to be easy, if at all possible. John immediately put me at ease. He explained the process of what it would take to find the right car to be able to find financing. He was constantly going thru the inventory to find a match. Always keeping me updated. Showing me vehicles that would work. I even turned some down. He listened to what i wanted. And then it happened. He found my perfect car. I never dreamed when I first contacted John that he was going to work a miracle. I never in my wildest dreams ever thought i would own a Nissan Ultima. John made this the best experience. I never felt uneasy. I know John put a lot of time and dedication into making this happen for me. His work ethic and customer service are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about him. I purchased the vehicle using USAAs car buying guide app after my first choice with another brand of vehicle at another dealership was a complete disaster. USAA sent my information to Expressway and a few moments later, Chris called me. He got everything set up with Terrence for the next day. Terrence called me that morning to find out what vehicle I was looking for and had it waiting for me when I got there. The only concern I had was that the check engine light was on but they took care of that while my family and I watched Wonder Woman. They even showed me a car they knew I wouldn't be in the market for for at least a year. If you are a member of USAA, I would highly recommend using them and buying a vehicle from this dealership. It's the most comfortable I ever was buying a car.

My experience with John at Expressway was great. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a car, but I was made fully aware of how great of a deal the 2016 Hyundai Elantra was. It was a little over my budget, so we went around the different Expressway lots looking at other vehicles that would possibly suit my needs, including my budget. After considering my options overnight, I went with the Hyundai because of the low miles and it's only a year old. John and his boss, who I believe is Dan, worked to get my monthly payments closer to my budget so I was more at ease. I had also purchased my previous vehicle from Expressway and I was pleased with that experience a few years ago as well. Expressway has hundreds of vehicle choices and works to fit people's needs which is great!
