When I arrived at expressway I was unsure about purchasing my first vehicle from a car lot. Mr. Sutherland helped erase those fears with his supreme professionalism and his knowledge on the vehicles I was thinking of purchasing. He was always there when I needed a question and always returned my calls promptly with the information needed. Without him, I may have never been comfortable with getting a new vehicle. I'm glad I came to expressway! I love my new car!!

they say they can get you a car that will fit your budget but they didn't me told them my budget and they tried to put me in a 25,000 dollar vehicle way above my budget. had to turn them down. think they just wanted that higher commision

The salesman we're friendly, nice, right to business. They answered all my questions to the best of their knowledge. They will work with you the best they can do what they can for you. And they will put you with the right vehicle that will be in your price range and or what you're looking for. All in all good group of people helping others and trying to get what the customer wants and great prices. For example I was looking for a truck and they found a Jeep Patriot and I'm glad they did because I liked it more. I told him I was looking for room not to be crowded and that's what that vehicle is plus it's like a SUV kind of silver vehicle met my expectations and to them I think them for finding my brand new 2017 jeep Patriot.

Although I went into the dealership with only a brief idea of what I wanted, MIke Wheatley quickly put me at ease and really helped me find a car that was right for both my needs and wants. He was easy to talk to and asked great questions as to what car would fit in my life. He didn't try to pressure me into more car than I needed, but also made sure I didn't skimp when I didn't need to. I was impressed with the incentives and the great warranty. I feel like I can trust Expressway with the service of my new car, as well. I would definitely recommend Expressway and Mike and will return when the time comes for my next vehicle.

I have purchased (3) ram 1500 trucks since 2003. All transactions were with Tim,he was very informative and most importantly low pressure. If I wanted to take the vehicle for the day there was never problem. I would highly recommend Tim for your next buying experience.

I live near Memphis, have family in the Evansville/Henderson area, and just picked up a custom-ordered 2017 Durango Citadel. I literally could not be happier with not only the vehicle but with my salesman, Kyle Watkins, and everyone else I encountered there. New car dealers around my home are just horrible. With that in mind I approached Expressway armed for battle. I was pretty direct "no BS!" and that's what I got - a great price right off the bat and no games. I had my son-in-law do a detailed inspection of the truck when it arrived and he found a couple of nitpicky things. When I called Kyle to have them addressed he got right on it. No excuses. Thanksgiving day I found one more little thing and it was taken care of immediately. When I picked it up I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. "Highly recommended" just doesn't really cut it. I'd give them 6-stars if I could.
