Very helpful and no pressure

Miles took a lot of time to find us a vehicle that fit are needs and work out a deal that also fit are budget. No sales pressure it was good to be able to buy like that.

Great service no high pressure sales

The service department was really good. The salesman promised me a missing floormat and an extra key Which I never got. Had to buy them myself at this dealership.

Great experience

Terrence was really easy to work with. He had a great personality and lots of energy. We did have to wait a bit longer than normal for the whole process, but Terrence was in the middle of two deals at one time. Even though this was the case, he never let us feel that he had forgotten about us.

Very satisfied with everyone

Expressway Dodge has always helped us and their salesman Willie Ligon and their financial person James Willis was excellent. We've dealt with Willie before, and was always there to help us.

incomplete quote

When I called to schedule the purchase and programming of a new key/fob for an 01 Durango, I was quoted $83 parts and just over $40 for labor. After the work work was done, I was presented a bill for $236 and told that the fob was an additional $99. I was also told that since the fob was already programmed, I had no choice but to pay. They did make a big deal of giving me %10 off because of any 'confusion'.

Awesome!!

I have been looking for a new vehicle for over 3 weeks and have dealt with some horrible sales people. Amanda Wade @ expressway credit connection was awesome!! She had me in a new vehicle by the time we left and the payments are something we can afford. Love the new SUV and Amanda Wade!! Will recommend Expressway credit connection and Amanda anytime!!
