Great ever time we come in

Great experience every time we come in over the years Even we have Our oil change or any work done it has been a great experience there Also Sell people a very Very friendly and nice help what we need We bought Several vehicles over the years been happy every time I know I don't know

They make you feel at home

Went to Expressway Dodge knew what I wanted in mind. Went inside Mr. Sutherland help me right away after making my little girl popcorn. He got me what I wanted and received all the discounts and rebates to. Must have been the nicest sales person I've ever dealt with and then I walked out with a new vehicle. Fast simple and easy!!!

Bought a new 2018 jeep

I had an amazing experience. Mr. Nick Goebel helped me as hard as he could to get me into what I wanted. Props!!! By far best car buying experience! Can’t wait to do business again!!!

Too many trips to correct problem.

Check engine light on, multiple visits, thousands of dollars spent and not sure it’s fixed... time will tell. Frustrating! Especially today, sealed a gasket and charged $58.65 for appt. and labor ( no parts) after I’ve spent over $3,000.00 on sensors, catalytic converter, on board computer, etc. all on the same problem, check engine light on... it’s not the money, but just the principle. A day after my review, I’ve received a response from this dealer and I appreciate their concern for my issues. Let me be clear, this is a top notch service facility and the staff is friendly and helpful. I realize solutions for automotive problems are not always evident, and that my experience at this dealership is likely an exception and not the rule. I won’t hesitate to return for future service. The reason I would not “recommend” them is because I wouldn’t want to feel responsible if someone had a problem that could not be easily resolved, that their experience might be as mine has been, and to have it all reflect back on me.

Good service

John Chappell was great to work with. He looked for a few months to find me a truck with certain features for a certain price. He kept me updated while he was searching. I highly recommend John Chappell to people I know shopping for a vehicle.

Happy and friendly

I would like to say thanks to Zac Montgomery for the help he was friendly and looks like he loves his job and the lady at the front desk, it good to See people greet you and say hi, even the other salesman say how you doing that makes you feel good and feels like somebody that care. the truck I got is Great and love it thanks again Zac. And I got to meet the guy off the tv lol.. he was cool..
