Service dept did an awesome job and the new service facility is great. Don't care for tactics of sales dept but the service dept is good.

Don't use service or club department
I had a bad experience at the club center and never at the service until today had 9:00 am appointment sat 1 and a half hours before I said something then they took my van in then John told me I didn't have extended warranty until I proved it then told me price 234 dollars then found out I was right price went to 181 dollars then didn't tell cashier about warranty she tried to make me pay all of it.

Very disappointed
Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.. usually when a business screws up they fix it ...not these guys ... tried to make me pay 3,000 more because they gave me wrong vehicle somehow so I had paperwork to another vehicle then what I had in my garage .. needless to say won’t be dealing with this mess ever again

This review was responded to in March, but somehow it never posted. There was definitely a mistake made on this new car purchase by a new sales consultant. The worst mistake that can be made - negotiations and price agreed upon on one vehicle and the wrong car delivered to the customer. Expressway management apologized extensively and did offer concessions but an agreement could not be reached. So we did try to fix our mistake, The sales consultant delivered a vehicle that was $3,000 more than the one that was purchased. Again, Expressway does apologize sincerely, but unfortunately sometimes human errors occur.
New truck
It’s great Truck an Mike an Matt are awesome. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience. Ask for Matt Pfingston or Mike Simpson they are the best.
