Over the years I have been exceedingly pleased with the Expressway Chrysler Service department & their technicians. I also love my Chrysler 300. I do not love that Chrysler Corp identified a safety recall for my vehicle quite a long while ago but did not provide the replacement alternator diode thermal to the dealer in a timely manner.
