Charlie was great! He was very welcoming when we first got there. He took time to show us the Acadia we came to look at, and when we saw another one that caught our eye, he took time to show us that one as well. He explained all the details of the car. He even stayed late after hours to help us make a "deal" and allowed us to take the Acadia home over the weekend to make sure we liked it before we bought it. He was very patient in answering all our questions and offered popcorn and drinks to us and our boys multiple times. We felt that the price they offered us for the van we traded in was good, but could have been a bit higher. Overall though, we are very pleased with the deal we were able to make. We even stopped by last weekend for something and Charlie met us at the door and was kind and friendly again. We would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy a car, and we would tell them to ask for Charlie!

I went to the dealership and was a bit cautious mainly due to a previous experience I had at another dealer. However when I met Mike, and the way I was treated I knew I had come to the right place. The service I received was stellar and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to buy their next car. They will treat you with respect and I was surprised by how I was treated and know others will be treated the same way. Plus my kids loved mike and the toy shark he had when they got bored. They were attentive to my needs and the budget I had and never tried to play any games. I recommend Kelly to all my friends, especially to go out and buy from Mike. Love my new buick and wouldnt trade it for anything in the world.

My husband and I were out on a Saturday looking for a uesd car, and drove past Kelly and desided to look there. After looking a a few cars, we were approached by salesman Zack Nebbaki. He couldn't have been a nicer salesman! We looked at several cars,and took a couple out for a spin. He was very nice , patient, charming, and answered any questions we had. But most importantly. He was never pushy, and got us a great deal on a used car that we purchased!

I had gone to them for a different vehicle. They decided to give me a vehicle with an inspection that was due and they gave me 4 bad tires and i needed to get my oil changed. This is a great dealership if you want a bad vehicle. I called them and they said all they would do is give me tires at the cost of what they pay for tires. Nick is a good salesman he kept trying thats the best i can say. My title number wasnt even on the paperwork. They need better people working there

As you said, we offered to sell you tires at our cost, and you purchased an "as-is" car (a Grand Cherokee), having been told that the car was "as-is" before purchasing it. I have gone into kelly GMC Buick on several occssions and each have dealt with Eric. He has always been couteous and friendly and always upfront about service recommendations and repairs. He is one of the few people who will take the time and walk me back into the service department to show me whats wrong and allow me to speak with technician working on the car, nothing like show n tell. Thank you guys for your honesty and courtesy.

My husband and I were looking for a new car and we were looking at Mercedes and Caddilac. My husband talked me into looking at a Lacrosse , Buick. I didnt even want to consider a Buick , but I said ok. I meet Nick Paxos and he was a very friendly salesman. He tried doing everything to get us to purchase , but I still wasn't sure Since I wanted a Mercedes. I kept driving the different cars to see which one I liked better. The buick was much more comfortable and had many gagets, which I really love.My husband and I told Nick we needed a couple of days to think about it and he was not pushy and said he understood. I called Nick and told him we wanted to see the car again and then I decided to buy the car from Nick. He maid sure I got the best deal, gave me a full tank of gas,changed my oil and put air in my tires. The car had scratches that were still showing up after they tried to cover them. Nick talked to the body shop manager and said they would paint them for me and give me a loaner car. I just picked up my car 24 hrs and it looks great. I will defin. recommend Nick and Kelly Buick to everyone I know. Thank you Nick for all your help and I know I wasn't easy to make happy,but I am happy. Yvonne Keiper

Eric is such a wonderful service advisor. He kept me up to date on my vehicle's status, and explained in detail what was wrong with my car. He was prompt and courteous and friendly. I am very happy with the service I received and will be returning.

I was very pleased with the Servie department at Kelly Buick GMC. When I scheduled the appointment with LeeAnn she was very nice and accomadating. She went over my service history and made some reccomendations. She even offered me a shuttle to and from work. I was greated by Connie and Eric upon my visit. They were both friendly and easily answered my questions. Eric called me prompty when my vehicle was finnished and I was shuttled back to the dealership. My visit was wrapped up and I was set to go. It was nice going to a dealership that was so accomadating. I will return for future visits.
