This was the BEST buying experience I have ever had! I was at the Ball Kia Dealership 3 hrs from start to finish and out the door. I dealt specifically with one salesman, Raul R, and I felt he took care of me as if I were a member of his family! I had originally gone in to buy a 2016 Kia Sportage but ended up buying the 2017! I told him the features I had to have and those that I would like to have and then he showed me the vehicles. There were never any hard sales pitches and I did not feel pressured to buy at any time.
