First time I was there I was waiting in the mail lobby for at least 30 minutes, and no one came up to say hi or to ask if I needed any help. I had to walk into the office and ask them for help.

Could not identify source of a coolant leak in RAM 2500. Doug in service was extremely helpful. He told me the most probable failure. He then inspected what he thought might be the problem and confirmed it was. Offered to make room for repair the next morning as we were traveling.

Conway and the entire team will do whatever it takes to make you happy. They are very professional and want to make sure you are satisfied.

When I talked to JJ on the phone, I was hesitant to make the drive because I assumed it would be the same experience I have had in my area when it came to trying to get a vehicle, which was I always left with nothing but broken promises. I got in my jeep the first time I went to basswood the service was excellent my sales person was Leslie Munson and she provided me with great customer service..she also got friend in a car when I brought him.. The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car! My wife and I found a vehicle online that was located at Basswood Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. We drove over an hour with our two young kids to go look at the vehicle. Once we got to their lot, we test drove the vehicle, and sat down to talk about the vehicle. They tried multiple times to change the price of the vehicle from an “online price” to a “lot price” which was significantly higher than advertised. They tried many different sales tactics that any shady used car dealership would try. We talked to 4 different “salesmen” including one of the apparent managers, all of whom were confused by what the previous salesmen had said. They threw out multiple different numbers saying they were “saving us money”. After doing the math myself, that was emphatically false. We had our own financing ready with a very good interest rate. They explained that they could meet or beat any interest rate we had by using one of their lenders. They came back with an interest rate nearly double what we were already approved for through my credit union. We spent over 4 hours at their dealership, fighting two young children, only to be jerked around with an absolutely unethical and dishonest business. Do your homework before going in and do not trust what their staff tells you. I do not recommend this dealership.

Went in not knowing if my approval would happen, but CJ and the finance manager worked hard, and with a small down payment I was able to drive off in a 2018 Ford Escape. The whole process was smooth, and the customer service was top notch.
