Best Experience
I recently purchased a vehicle from Putnam Volvo and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and enjoyable. I would give Putnam Volvo and specifically, the salesman Ashley Castoda, 5 stars for their exceptional customer service. Ashley was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect car for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns with ease and was genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident and satisfied with my purchase. The service manager Tommy was also a great help in finalizing the process. He made everything easy and fast, ensuring that I was able to drive off in my new car as quickly as possible. His professionalism and efficiency were greatly appreciated. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Putnam Volvo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new car. The sales team, particularly Ashley Castoda, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. 5 stars all around!

Don't get your car serviced here...
[Update: 05/20/2021] If i could give negative stars i would, i was forced to visit this place again due to warranty i had bought with the car and found that service advisors here are extremely arrogant and from what i experienced they discriminate. based on race, they don't return calls and when you call them they act as though it was my fault that i called them. I hope i haver have to visit this place again [Original Review] I had good experience buying my Volvo here so, I thought would go to get it serviced as well but thats where i was wrong and learnt a painful lesson.... Service department is pathetic here. Just to clarify when i mean service department i mean the service advisors, i worked with Michael, who is not courteous and lacked any empathy what so ever, In my car they had updated the software and it broke the user interface to point where there was no way to change certain options on the car. It is a 60 mile drive to and to and from my place so its not like i drop by to get this checked. In my frustration, I wanted to speak to the manager regarding the quality control and called the service department again to check if they were available, they assured me he would call within the hour......6 hours has gone by so far no one has called me. Not even the advisor who i had called in the morning. This says a lot about the way the customer is treated at putnam volvo service. If you want this kinda treatment then there is no better place than this.

Best Service is Cost Effective
Volvo Burlingame takes care of my 2011 S40. I know cheaper service is available but because they do such a good job I need less service. In the long run I think it is the best bang fir my buck.

Best car buying experience to date! Steve took excellent care of us, answered all questions and made sure we had everything needed in order to make our decision. Pricing was smooth and hassle-free. Finance was painless - Cartier was a true professional; not someone trying to upsell you on every little thing. Will absolutely go here for the next vehicle purchase, and send others as well!

Easy and pleasant purchasing experience
Steve Meister is our sales advisor. We started looking for car right around when the Shelter In Place happened. He was very engaging during our test drive back in February. He has been closely following up on the progress of the car status we liked because the XC40 R design was back ordered. Once our car arrived, he immediately contacted us and helped us through the purchase process as well. It was overall an easy and pleasant experience. He is very attentive and positive overall. We really appreciate his work and would recommend Volvo Burlingame to anyone.

Wonderful Buying Experience!
William Nash, the sales representative at Volvo Burlingame, listened to what I wanted in terms of the color and features for my Volvo XC90 T8 and tried his best to secure that vehicle by searching across the country. When he was not able to find what I wanted, he did not try to sell me another vehicle, he suggested I order the vehicle I desired. The ordering process was seamless and when my car arrived in early April, the General Manager, Mike, was very easy to work with in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. We made all the arrangements for me to pick up the car via email and on the day I came to the dealership everything went very smoothly. The financing and paperwork process was easy and I was out with my new vehicle in under 2 hours. William continues to reach out via email to check in and has responded to several questions. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received through Volvo Burlingame.
