The dealership had me waiting for my Accord longer than...
The dealership had me waiting for my Accord longer than the promised delivery date. It was frustrating, and a result of inventory issues due to the tsunami. It was understandable but the dealership could have done a better job explaining this and managing my expectations. However, Keith Alexander provided superlative service throughout the whole experience. He is a nice man, customer-service oriented, friendly, funny, honest and very concerned with his customers being treated fairly. Once the situation emerged, he worked pro-actively to keep in touch with me, get me information and ensure that the deliver problem got resolved as quickly and and smoothly as possible. I would recommend that anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a Honda from from this dealership insist on working with Keith Alexander. A very nice man and he'll make you his priority.

Keith was a great salesman to work with, very helpful both on-line, on the phone, and in person concerning all the questions we had about the vehicle we purchased. Keith was easy to deal with and a genuine nice guy. This was the best dealer purchase experience we have had. Based on Keith's support for us, I would haridly recommend this dealer to anyone. Closing the deal was not a hassle nor a struggle. The people I dealt with in the business office were also very nice. Thanks White Plains Honda

sandy was very helpfully very good sales agent the problem was the finance person need to establish on a monthly pay after you established that feet every tink came to place.

My experience at White plains Honda was a great one. Matt, Alex, and Brandi were extremely professional. They were very well organized, they new there information regarding the vehicle and, for once, I did not feel that any bogus deal was being offered. One thing I dread most going into any car dealership is the long wait. Going into White plains honda, I was in and out with no long wait. My overall experience was the greatest. I was treated very nicely and I definitely look forward to doing business with these individuals again. Thank you SO much guys !

FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!! I was talked into making a 1 hour and 40 min drive from CT to come see a Honda Pilot that was listed for $17000. the only reason i made the ride is because sales promised me that they would give me $2500 over the blue book value for my trade... when i got there the Pilot was not availible to be viewed because it won't start... then the used car dealership and the new car dealership began argue about one was stealing my business from the other during my test drive. at that point the very nice sales woman that i was originally dealing with was forced to hand me over to some cranky used car sales man who told me he would take me too see the car i came to see. He then drives me across town to their service yard where he can't even get the the car open cause the alarm system won't disarm. at this point 3 hrs of my sunday have been wasted.. Now we drive back to rude used car dealership where they don't even look at my car and tell me its actually worth $2000 less than what blue book value is and that i'm not eligible for the $2500 above book value, because their not gonna make enough money of the 2007 Pilot that is not even driveable... So in short i wasted 7 hours with drive time and $35 dollars in gas to be after a bunch of false promises... not the honda service i'm used too in fact i'll be buying a toyota 4runner instead.
