Car keeps cutting off

Extended Warranty
The engine in our 2015 Mustang Ecoboost started to make a rattling noise so I pulled over and shut it off. I towed it to the service center and filled out the drop off form to have it looked at. Despite the note in all caps to NOT start the engine, the technician did anyway and the engine seized. Two cracks were discovered in the block afterwards and the extended service company SilverRock was contacted. The turbo was also showing issues and after review, both were covered after pictures and diagnostic logs were sent in. Kate was amazing throughout this entire process, even replying to me while being out sick (which I was not aware of and would not have contacted her if I had known) to keep me up to date on the progress. Eventually the repairs were made before the estimated date and my wife’s baby was delivered back to her as a surprise from me.

Great service
Leith Ford serviced and solved my F-150’s issue very quickly. The service technician was very knowledgeable and talked to me multiple times to explain the issue and repair. The service department sends pictures and video message updates frequently throughout the repair which is really cool. The price was cheaper than I expected based off internet estimates. Their service was much faster and informed than the dealership I had been going to in Raleigh. John and Kate were very helpful. Before calling Leith Ford I had called the Ford dealership in Wake Forest to see availability and cost and they said that given the miles they wouldn’t even service the transmission and that it had to be replaced! What a scam! Definitely recommend Leith Ford.

I recently used Ford service for a tune-up and had a good experience. Katie was incredibly professional and made the entire process smooth and efficient. One aspect I particularly liked was the video inspection that the technician sent, which gave me a clear understanding of the car's condition. Additionally, it was nice not to have to go to the dealership to pick up my car; instead, the dealership was able to deliver it to me, adding to the convenience. It was also great to have the ability to pay online. For those eligible for car delivery and online payment, please note that payment must be made before 5 pm, if you want the dealership to deliver your car to you. Overall, I would recommend Ford for anyone looking for reliable, convenient, and friendly automotive services."

Ford Service
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff was very nice and kept me informed with what was going on. They made a recommendation for a new engine air filter after showing me mine was black and needed to be replaced. Service guy was awesome.
