My repair service was addressed by a new Service Advisor. He was knowledgeable and quite pleasant. It will take time to confirm that work done has corrected the problem.

Scheduled the appointment on line. Andrew called me the next day, we dropped the truck off securely. Andrew called me to let me know the work would be done, then called me to let me know that it was ready. He greeted me as I picked up the truck. Thank you Leith. You guys are always great!!!

While traveling through the area my Class C RV broke down six hours from home and needed repairs. I was referred to Leith Ford and with the outstanding assistance and caring attitude of John (my customer service agent) I was reassured everything would be okay. Since I needed to be home up north that evening, after talking with John I was confident things would be handled well and timely. Within three days - and with appropriate updates via telephone contact - I was able to return and pick up my RV! Thank you John and his wonderful team!

Great team. I had my vehicle in for two tires with nails causing air leaks. I ask that if two were replaced that they be placed on the front of the vehicle. Upon returning to pick up found new tires to be, front / back same side.
