Lub and spare tire rack repair

Amber was a joy to work with. Took my husband and I to the shop. Brought in their Master Mechanic, David, to our truck already raised up on the elevator to show and explain the nature of the failure point, and how to fix it. They gave us total interest and dedication. We could not be more pleased. Surely we look forward to visit with her and coworkers again. We have gone to Leith Ford at Wendell since 2014.

Leith Ford

I got an appointment when I requested it. They got me in earlier than my appointment and I was out in record time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great service still exists!

I brought my old 04 f-150 in to get the service department to track down an oil leak that I had noticed while under my truck. They found a leak in multiple spots, and could have just told me that I needed a new engine and left it at that. Instead, they told me that since it was such a small/slow leak, they would not do anything to it, especially since the engine was running so well. I had also asked them to change my oil. They did that, and just charged me for the oil change, which I thought was more than fair. Ive always had a good experience at this dealership with their service department, and this visit was just as good.

Integrity

Replacement of tie rods was recommended by another shop prior to an alignment. Ford technician found that my tie rods were fine and performed the alignment saving me $600

Carolyn was friendly, professional and helpful when I came to Leith Ford to have the oil changed in my 2019 Ford Fiesta SE hatchback. This was my first time coming to this dealership.

Mustang Vs 17 year old and plastic on the highway

I go to this dealership because its close to my home however I will be choosing it to purchase my next vehicle from because everyone there has always been nice respectful in the service department is the first place that sets the tone for the rest of the dealership. My particular service manager this time was John Evans he kept me informed on the process and although they had to keep the vehicle for almost 2 weeks they were on top of trying to get the parts to finish the job as quickly as they could.

Great Customer Service

Great service. Was able to get numerous items taken care of during one visit. They told me I would be there between 2-3 hours but my appointment only took 1.5 hours. Thanks again

service car

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Needed 2 filters changed also. Only problem was I bought my tires from this dealership and therefore tire rotation was to be free. I had been charged for this, but when I pointed this out the charge was removed. Need to be more careful of items like this.
