    I left my car on a Monday. I called on Wednesday I was informed that the parts were expected in about 11: 00 am. I called back several times throughout... the day, to inquire about the status of the car. The phone rings but no one answers the telephone. Since it is extremely difficult to have someone answer the phone, you have to visit the location. A lack of answering the phone has been an ongoing issue at this service center. I have also brought the issue to their attention. However in fairness to the technicians, they complete the work on your car in a professional manner

    I have a mildew smell coming through my vents when I run the air conditioner or heat I paid for the service went back they said I have to pay again which... I didn't went back four times for almost a year now I still have that same mildew smell coming through my vents

    They are so amazing. So helpful and patient with showing me the different cars. Making sure I got to see all the different cars, sit in them, get the feel... to choose the right one

    Overall good experience. Odin Clark was my salesperson and he was very helpful. He was new so I had to be a little bit extra patient but I've been there... before. The dealership does not carry a large inventory so you have to wait till the following day after you decide what you want to take delivery if they don't have the vehicle on the floor. I feel like I got a fair deal and they were willing to work with me which is nice. I received a short feature benefit presentation so I had to rely on YouTube to figure out how or what some of these features do and how they work . If I didn't do homework about the car that I wanted I might have got sold on something else. I bought the Kia Niro LX with the advanced technology package and the car runs great. I still can't figure out how the emergency braking works and why my windshield wiper fluid in cold weather smears up my windshield where I can't see. I have to constantly push the wiper fluid button to clear it up. It's very kind of annoying but I'm sure that I'll figure out how to overcome that.

    I was promised a final monthly quote for three years, when I got to finance and it did take a while, they added additional fees and taxes, I have bought... multiple cars and got the run around, I promised the Kia Manager that I would no longer do business with them again, the sales person was great and honest, I did not like the fact that I was promised something, we have great promotions and paid more at the end. All they say is I'm sorry, sorry is not going to fix the problem, and management makes a deal and leaves before the deal closes. I got the car that I wanted but not at the rate that I was promised, they tried to flip flop by asking me about my credit which I and they knew was excellent from the beginning.

    Booked an appointment for 2.15 with Delano for a test drive. Showed up and he was gone for at least an hour, taking the plates necessary for a test drive... with him. Spoke to the manager about it, who didn't even look me in the eye and didn't care. Will not be returning.
