Over the top service!

The Service Department is the best in Richmond! They are courteous, and they do everything they can to take care of you and your car. I've been getting my car serviced here for at least a decade. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Service

The weather was nasty, Warren had us bring the car into the service bay. The problem was intermittent but they figured it out, made the repair and had it back to us the next afternoon.

Nice work, got my vehicle out in time for work. Be nice if Haley included washes with each service like some Ford dealerships

Happy Customer

I was able to take care a lot of the process by phone since I had already done the test drive. They did a great job explaining the different packages and locating the vehicle I wanted.

Haley Service

I used to take me car to other repair shops, but have found Haley pricing to be competitive & work is always good. With all things being equal (especially price!), I'd much rather go to the dealer that knows my car.

Protective Coating

Was told to be there between 8:30 and 9:00 sales person did not show until 9:15 and was not let know need to go to service area. Also did not have rental car ready when arrived also rental car was not same as my vehicle was given a crapped up small Fiat! I am over 6' tall. Hate small cars. Also rental have awful smell inside gave me a Migraine!
