Service Department

I go for service and regular oil changes and I have always been pleased with the results. Also, I wait for my car on premises 99% of the time and have always been given an accurate wait time.

Great Dealer and Staff

Had been shopping for a month for a reasonably priced used Tacoma. Not finding what I wanted within 60 miles of my home in NC I expanded my search to Virginia. Found one that seemed to fit the bill through a national car search at the Haley dealership in Richmond VA area some 100+ mile from home. My title is very descriptive of my experience with them. They were low pressure, extremely helpful, reasonably priced, courteous. It was a very pleasant experience. It didn't hurt that I already knew what I was looking for and the fact that I had already lined up financing in advance. It was definitely worth the drive time etc to deal with them. I would definitely do again.

2017 geand Carvan

Great service from salesman, Credit Manager. Exact car I wanted was not at the dealer but they found it in an another state and everything went smoothly and they worked with schedule.

Express? Oil Change

I was at the door 30 minutes before opening time. When the door was unlocked I asked for the express oil change. Attendant took my info and keys. An hour later I went to ask about the progress. It was explained to me it was a first come, first serve basis. If I was the first one here, then why wasn't my car serviced first? An hour and 20 minutes it took to complete the "express" oil change. I brought my laptop to connect to the WIFI service so I could work while I waited. I connected to the network with no problem, however, it didn't provide access to the internet. How can I possibly consider bringing my car here for repairs if a simple oil change can't be handled any better than this?
