Haley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I purchased a new 24 Grand Wagoneer SIII L two year ago. My experience with Haley has been fantastic. They were fair when making a deal and while I have had absolutely no problems with my Grand Waggy I have taken it in several time for routine maintenance, oil changes and tire rotations their service department has been outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough and Paula Ames my Service Advisor has been fabulous. After fifty years of buying many vehicles my experience with these folks has been the best ever!

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING! The truck with the stock number N159413A as of 08/15/2024 is listed as $29,000, but when I got there, the price was changed to $36,000. The same truck was appraised by KBB, Edmunds, and JD Power to be 19,000-23,000. Better yet the same truck was appraised by another dealer at $19,000. The best part, though, is they wanted me to pay the $6,000 in repairs so that I could buy it too.

Service and Sales Department have one goal, money NOT customer service! Don't buy a car from here and definitely do not get it serviced here.

This place is a God Send! Even before I lived in this area years ago they had a midnight mechanical shop tgat serviced all makes and models, we ( me and my finance ) was so impede kept coming and referred other folk! I moved in this area in 2001. But the icing on the cake is when I purchased my Gladiator 4x4 S port , my sales Nate, was not pushy, let me make my own decisions and was with me step of the way ;purchase, trade and financial paperwork. If your looking for new, used or in between or good maintenance This dealer is #1. All staff members are very people oriented.

Light showing tires low and I stopped by service department to have nitrogen put in tires. Found the man in the service department to be rude and unhelpful......"nothing we can do to help you until next week". He could have said there was a gas station upbthe street and I could put oxygen in it for now. Had it not been a Haley vehicle I may have better understand his demeanor yet no excuse and I will not go back!

Oh, its coming, and I guarantee this takes 1st place on bad reports. I have to finish my interview with the news before I say anything on here. They have a chance tomorrow when I pick my truck up to make it right before it all comes out
