I rarely leave reviews, but after an amazing experience with Birmingham Luxury Motors, I had to write one up. I am actually about 1,000 miles away from the dealership, and at first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I then spoke to Warren Fuller and everything just clicked. He was able to face-time me to show me the vehicle and he also let me know of any imperfections that were found. I then asked if they could take it to an independent mechanic of my choice to get it fully inspected and they agreed without hesitation. This reassured me that I was dealing with an honest dealership. After everything came out clean, I flew out there, and once I arrived, I was out in about 15 minutes. I then drove back the 1,000 miles with my, new to me, 2015 Lexus GS 350 F sport, which drove like a dream. I just want to say, thank you Warren, for the amazing experience!

Ali worked with us to find just the car for us. We had in mind a certain vehicle with features we wanted. We test drove a couple but weren’t totally satisfied. Was just look around for a car going to different lots price matching etc etc. Looked up cars on web site before coming to lot so i kinda knew what i wanted... So once i got to the lot looking around kail came out introduced her self asked what we where looking for did we want to test drive a few cars etc with no pressure or hassel. Which made my decision easier. Kail is one dedicated person to her job she did everything in her power to make sure I pulled off that lot with that car in i appreciate her for that.
