This dealership is beyond bad. I took my 2021 Ram Cummins in on July 10 because it was vibrating and making a ticking noise. They told me they would call me back that afternoon and let me know what was wrong. This was the start of my nightmare. Of course they didn't call..so I started calling them two days later. They don't answer the phone. Forget that. You will get some automated message and no one will ever call you back. Take a day off work and just camp out. Super long story short. My truck suffered catastrophic engine failure. They kept my truck from July 10 till September 8. They said they had to do an alignment on my truck and I would have to pay the $129.00. I did it because I wanted away from them. Picked my truck up after 2 months and suprise it was worse than when I took it in. They lied to me and said they were putting on a long block but they put in a short block. The new engine was worse than the old one..the vibration was so bad sunglasses wouldn't stay on the dash. And oh the "alignment" well I couldn't hold the truck in the road. I took it back to them and they were like yeah this is bad. I left it overnight and went and picked it up and took it to Lewis Dodge in Fayetteville. They are taking care of it. Thanks Mclarty Daniel for being the absolute worst dealership I have ever encountered.

Our experience with the purchase of our new Challenger
Our experience with the purchase of our new Challenger was so easy and fast, especially with Ben Royal (2nd car we have purchased from him), makes us not want to purchase from anyone else. All staff were friendly, but Ben is our favorite. He knows what we want and is willing to put in the extra effort to make us happy and make a great deal. Ben and the finance Department have a great sense of humor which made our experience the best. We would recommend this dealership to everyone. Absolutely the best! I was told I could get an oil change and tire rotation in
I was told I could get an oil change and tire rotation in two hours, while I waited. 3 hours later I checked with the adviser and they hadn't started. Ordered a seatbelt to replace a broken one on my Wrangler. Was told the seatbelt would be in by Tuesday the following week and they made me an appointment for 7:30 am. Monday evening I called to see if my part was in; it was not. They pushed my appointment to Wednesday. Called then Wednesday morning, and of course the part still wasn't there. Not even a call to give me a heads up that the part didn't arrive either time. They pushed my appointment to today for the seatbelt replacement and an alignment, knowing I was trying to get this done before a long trip the following day. I dropped my vehicle off almost 2 hours earlier than my appointment; I already had trust issues from our previous dealings.. Called multiple times and left messages asking for an update on my vehicle. I finally spoke to Ross at nearly 5pm, who told me that in the 6 hours they had my vehicle, they did absolutely nothing and I needed to come pick-up my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was not at all happy. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. Shortly they came back and asked for me to give them time to at least put my seatbelt on. Reluctantly, I agreed. After several minutes they came back to inform me that they ordered the wrong seatbelt. This is the exact same level of service I have come to expect from Mclardy Daniel's since I've had my Jeep and before, when I had my Ram. Hands down the worst service, communication, reliability, and customer service I ever remember having the unfortunate opportunity to be on receiving end of. My recommendation is that you don't waste one minute of your time trying to get service from this dealership.
