Great experience the first dealer that didn?

Great experience the first dealer that didn?t try to hose me. Under MSRP no harsh negotiation tactics. Did what they said were going to do. Only ran my credit once. And came in with 2.9 percent financing.

They just don't care to provide good service after you

They just don't care to provide good service after you buy the vehicle. Set an appointment for the first oil change and tire rotation. Brought my Bronco in on time for its first service and they made me feel that I was putting them out. I was told an hour and a half to two hours but after waiting two and a half hours the vehicle was not moved yet from the holding area. Never again. Over promise and under deliver should be their motto.

Smooth service experience.

Smooth service experience. I wasn't aware that they were able to drop my truck off after service until now. Made it super easy not having to find a ride back up there to pick my truck up.

A lot of the services on the truck did not need to be

A lot of the services on the truck did not need to be done like flushing the radiator. That was done 6 months earlier and a lot of the other services the only thing I really wanted done was the passenger seat electric motor replaced. Do not think I will ever use Coggins Ford or any of their other dealers in the future. Also limiting the Military discount to the first 100 dollars off the price of repairs. I have never seen this before, not friendly to military and this is a Military town

I came in with strict parameters.

I came in with strict parameters. I was only interested in a Bronco lease deal I saw online. They didn't have the models which qualified for the deal so they knocked 2k off a higher model to make the numbers work. They even asked what color I liked and managed to make it green which was just a bonus.
