This is a Mini Cooper review. Crown Mini Cooper of Richmond. The corporate protocols governing service and service communications at Mini dealers entail a lot of bureaucracy, Serious waits before work begins, repetitive misleading messaging from dealers, corporate entities and the car’s computer, it’s like google servicing your car with some hapless slow moving humans. I live 80 miles away from my dealer and they are insensitive to that fact …. Can keep me sitting for hours for routine maintenance. I’ve had service desk go off to lunch and not tell me my car was ready I love the mini but the dealer has its head in the exhaust pipe!

The Sales and service staff are friendly, professional
The Sales and service staff are friendly, professional and attentive. My sales person helped me to place the order for my 2025 Countryman SE. during the process he made suggestions that ultimately enhanced the appearance of the vehicle I ordered. He kept me up to date on the progress of the vehicles production progress and fully explained the vehicle when I arrived for pickup
