Andy Mohr Hyundai

When I went to purchase my new car, I had my husband and two daughters (8 years old), and they were very friendly and patient with them. The sales staff were very friendly, and the body shop folks have also been very pleasant. (There was a scuff in the pain when I purchased the vehicle, and they were very quick to get the repair done.) I haven't picked up the vehicle yet, but will know later today how the final result looks. I am confident I will be satisfied.

They help me find the type of car I wanted so officially I want to thank the sales person Brandon who explained all the different aspects and took a lot of time helping me familiarize myself with the car

The sales process was completely unacceptable. I came in with an agreed upon price, and the staff presented documents contrary to our agreement at least 4 times. They kept me there 5 *&^% hours for what could have been done in 1 (2 at the max). I will not return to nor recommend this dealership.

I approached the purchase of a new car with apprehension - expecting, as a single, older women to beintimidated by aggressive sales tactics. That is not what I experienced and I am appreciative. It is especially due to the competent, courteous behavior of Zach Lasco.

If your in the market for a Hyundai highly recommend Marcus Borcharding as the salesman to see. Even though we decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time Marcus couldn't have made the process of looking any better as he is very knowledgeable about the Hyundai and made our experience a memorable one.
