This dealers salesman, made me an offer on a trade on a used Honda Civic... a me too car. When I went back the next day with my trade, and they insisted thee owner must see and approve the deal, he drove my car and said its clean. Then the Dealership made me stand around for 50 minutes (I thought they were really working hard to make the deal even better. Then, the local manager who the owner said would make me an offer, sent out a salesman, who asked for $1000 MORE than the offer he made the night before.... As the salesman walks into the sales hut, he states out loud, I told you he wouldn't do it... No Integrity at this shop at all..

Best experience I have ever had buying a used car. I called ahead of time and asked them some questions about the car that I ended up purchasing and they were upfront and honest about the condition of the car. Small place, but they sure do operate more efficiently than the bigger dealerships that I have bought from in the past. Will recommend Tony and Diamond Jim?s to all of my friends and family.

Went to buy a ford 500 and they told me they would call me when it was ok to test drive, no one ever called me abt the car or give updates on the car and the tried to sale me a impala the was mediocre

This is the second car we have purchased from Diamond Jim?s in the past two years. Again, they gave us a great deal, and helped us find the car we wanted within the budget we had. Lizzy was a big help with both purchases. When my next son is ready for his first car, I will definitely start at Diamond Jims.

Travis was able to get me financed with a low payment on my car. I'll be back for my next car in a few years

Just went to view the CTS V. Really wish you guys would have offered more for my car since you had one on the lot that was highly marked up, but I understand. No hard feelings.

This place is not like most dealerships. I walked onto the lot and Travis greeted me and walked around the lot with me until we found my new car. He was able to get me financed really quick and now I'm driving in my new car. This is the place to buy cars, I will be back for sure.
