Service was fast. Taylor was polite and professional. Waiting area was clean and customers seemed to be happy. My only gripe with this dealer was the unprofessional attitude and actions of the finance guy, Benavides.

This is the second time we have purchased a Honda Pilot for Darrell Waltrip Honda. They have a huge selection of vehicle's but the Metallic Red Honda Pilot was the one we wanted. The deal was what I wanted, the salesman we worked with was fantastic (shout out to Xavier), financing was easy and Honda;s finance rate was equal to our Credit Union. It was a good buying experience and we drove home our brand now Honda Pilot. I would like to point out that the two employees we dealt with were Xavier Burton and Ms Nikki Barter. They were nothing short of fantastic

Placing order for new car, taking delivery once it became available. Sales staff was accommodating for entire process even though the original sales person left and was replaced during this time.
