Waiting area is nice but with the amount of people in there there should be not talking out loud on the phone or listening to music without ear devices of some kind. This is the first time this has been an issue. I wish you had a quiet room like I had at a previous Honda dealership in Fl. No phones, etc.

It was great, even though I had to wait for my car to be serviced, but that is to be expected. Also I didn?t feel pressured into buying anything extra this time.
