Over all experience was excellent.

Over all experience was excellent. Alex is a very good salesman. He is well informed, diligent in his duties and very friendly. A real pleasure to know. Josh made the paperwork end of the sale very smooth. He explained things well and also just all around pleasant guy. I would highly recommend Hendrick when buying a car. Can?t wait to get my Subaru on the road to adventure!

Had tires rotated followed by handwashing and vac.

Had tires rotated followed by handwashing and vac. Received video of procedure. Waiting area is pleasant. Was surprised to get a phone call when my car was ready when everyone else had their service rep come to the waiting area.

First visit to the service department. It was easy to schedule what I needed to get done and it didn?t take as long as they said. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Norman, my advisor, was attentive, helpful, and answered all my questions. I was in and out easily on a Saturday afternoon!
