I took my car in for routine maintenance. As usual, the staff was all very kind and helpful. Even though the appointment was completed, after I told the service advisor I DID want my filters changed as recommended, he was able to get the crew to get this done anyway. He was well informed and kind.

Daryl Waltrip Honda is my go to for service on my CR-V. Matt Deckard is my service representative and he is the best. This visit was for checking fluid levels etc. since traveling out of state. Was able to get in for service the following day and everything was checked quickly and efficiently. I was also contacted the following day to make sure everything was fine. Matt is a definite asset to this dealership and I recommend him for any service needs you might need.

Waiting area is nice but with the amount of people in there there should be not talking out loud on the phone or listening to music without ear devices of some kind. This is the first time this has been an issue. I wish you had a quiet room like I had at a previous Honda dealership in Fl. No phones, etc.
