Great experience all around.

Great experience all around. Mazio (sales rep) was polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Nikki (finance/accounting) was similarly helpful and pleasant in all respects. Never felt pushed or influenced, and management negotiated fairly and cheerfully.

Demareo took plenty of time to explain things to me and make sure I was happy with everything before, during, and after the purchase. He was very responsive with communication and that was ultimately why I chose Hendrick Honda over a much closer Honda dealership.

Oil change, alignment, tire rotation and two recalls done in two hours. This was awesome service in a very short time. I love My Pilot and Darrell Waltrip Honda.

Wonderful customer service from the salesperson, his

Wonderful customer service from the salesperson, his manager, the finance person, to the general manager of Walltrip Honda. We live almost an hour away and chose this dealership. Purchasing a car is stressful. Everyone worked with us and were extremely professional and kind. The atmosphere there was very welcoming.
