Jordan was the most easy going sales person I ever met. He worked us in without an appointment. No pressure on buying. Asked what we were looking for and presented many options. Open to questions and his knowledge explaining the car’s features was excellent. Betty did a good job explaining the different service options for exterior protection. Rick was very thorough and offered recommendations on the different extended warranty packages. He also did a nice job explaining the financing and payment options on all the paperwork running all the numbers to make sure they made sense.

A few weeks ago I contacted Martin KIA to look at a new car. Caitlin Osborne contacted me and I went down and did test drives of an Optima and Forte. I liked the Optima best. Also went to other KIA dealers and other brands dealers. Caitlin was the most consistent with following up. I narrowed down to my favorite car. I negotiated the final price over the phone and email. I feel i got as good a deal as i could have gotten. I'm happy!!

My experience with Jordan was beyond 5 stars. He was not only extremely pleasant, funny, and approachable, but he also answered any questions I had about many different cars. Jordan made my car buying experience amazing, I will definitely be back to buy more cars in the future from him!

Jordan was a pleasure to work with. With him, I always had the feeling that he was being honest with me. Which is a rare experience for me when buying a car. He was very up front about the price, making sure we knew what we should expect when we came in. He never tried to sell us something we didn’t want, or never made us feel like he was working an angle. He was very relaxed, all of which adds up to an excellent car buying experience. If there was one thing I would say for improvement, it would be to be a bit more communicative about the status of the process. When we came to look at the car, it had already been sold. Fine, I understand. And then the replacement car fell through. Which is also no ones fault. But what would have made that experience a bit more user friendly would have been more frequent and timely status updates, which I had to proactively request. But that last comment should not detract at all from the fact that this was, BY FAR, my best car buying experience. And that is completely because Jordan was a friendly, relaxed, honest, regular guy. Not at all the stereotypical car salesman. Which is a good thing. No smooth talk, no nonsense.

Carol Heyse was AMAZING. She found me a car that worked best for me and she made it happen. I was there for less than 3 hours! I am so happy with my new purchase!!!! Thank you Carol so much!! I appreciate all your help and persistence to get me the best deal I could get.

I thought Caitlin was the best salesperson I've found in a car dealership in a long time. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. All of that comes across in her phone technique as well as in person. When I first called we were able to quickly get to the point and she put together a great offer. When we took delivery she explained all the bells and whistles. That we drove in from Bethany Beach to deal with Martins's and Caitlin says it all. We'll talk to her again next time we need a car, even if we have to track her down. Great job, Caitlin!

Great experience for car buying . Caitlin and her manager were very kind and helpful. Caitlin was a very knowledgeable and patient finding us a car, especially during a thunderstorm and pouring rain ( not the best) conditions for test driving several cars. Found a beautiful KIA and are very HAPPY we did !!
