Karp Volvo

Salesperson was helpful, but this dealership has no quality assurance. My "new" car arrived with low tire pressure, scuffs and paint chips all over, windshield scrape marks, dents in the steering wheel trim, dirty seats, and mud in the trunk. The pre-delivery inspection hadn't been updated since September. They offered $100 off. Their on-site "detailing" was two guys with abrasive brushes and cheap soap in a garage. They didn't even protect the interior while cleaning it. This place cuts every corner. Go elsewhere.

Phillip Hardeen from Karp Volvo is an excellent sales person, with excellent customer service skills. He carefully guided me through the leasing process, and explained in detail all available options for the 2026 XC-60 T8 plus vehicle we decided to lease.

Karp Volvo is the BEST. My 2002c70,because of their expert and caring employees runsl ike new. I am the original owner and they always treat me like a VIP. The respectful and courteous and caring. If you're looking for a great dealership to buy or repair your VOLVO, KARP is the place. Located in Rockville center, even though I live in manhattan in new york city, it's worth the 30 minutes drive.

Service was good.I did not detect any demented type of approach to our dealing with the staff At least for now.
