I had to get an oil change for my 2019 Silverado I didn’t have an appointment. Miss Morgan at Pride Chevy brought me right in since they were slow. I want to thank her for taking me right in with out an appointment it was only an hour wait.

Was not satisfied with vehicle that accepted and had to have it swapped for another similar vehicle

I brought my truck in for a warranty repair. Repair took far longer than I was told and my truck was returned damaged from the disassembly and reassembly of the bumper cover. The service manager claimed he would contact the body shop to fix the damage caused by the so called tech and contact me. I never heard from them again. Terrible service department. I’ll never go there again!!

Brought my car in for an oil change, and it was done in very little time at a very reasonable cost. I will continue to bring my vehicle there for regular maintenance without hesitation.

Very disappointing experience with PRIDE Chevrolet. After paying about $8,600 for a camshaft replacement, the repair took eight weeks instead of the promised four, and the vehicle was returned with minor cosmetic issues and oil residue inside. My vehicle was returned with multiple issues that should never happen after major engine work. Within weeks, the battery died because the battery terminal had been left loose, and shortly after that, another dealership found that a cylinder head ground had also been left loose, causing the engine to run rough. They offered me a $500 of useless service credit after the last incident but I declined it because I wont go there any more What concerns me most is not just the mistakes, but the lack of accountability. The dealership initially refused responsibility and declined to reimburse the costs to fix the problem. I rely on my vehicle for daily operations and expect professional workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Very satisfied with the deal on a used car purchased. The Salesforce was excellent answered all my questions. Again couldn't be happier.

I have been buying or leasing brand new vehicles for 46 years now. Buying my most recent brand new vehicle at Pride Chevrolet has been the best experience ever. I stopped in to use their restroom and ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle lol. Everyone that I interacted with from the salesperson to the sales manager, finance manager and general sales manger and everyone was extremely polite with unparalleled customer service skills. To put it simply Pride Chevrolet is the best that I have personally had the pleasure of doing business with. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a brand new Chevrolet or pre-owned vehicle to definitely shop Pride Chevrolet. I will tell them do your shopping every else first and then Pride Chevrolet will beat there deal and treat them the way they treated me with honor and respect.
