Horrible Costumer Service. Never go back.
My car went for service on Saturday, oil change, tires rotation and all inspections points. Thursday, car engine light went on, park service light went on, message saying steering assist is reduce, another message saying engine power is reduced drive with care, every warning light on the car went on . Took the car back to the dealer at 12:27 pm said to leave it that the car needs to be diagnosed, they will call me as soon they know what is wrong with my car, asked for a loaned car I have my 4yr grandchild. Service agent Ramon Arocho told me he can’t give me one because GM doesn’t approve one until the car is diagnosed. My husband came to pick us up. At 4:30 pm we call because no one call me yet, Ramon Arocho told me I didn’t have a call because the car is not being diagnosed and they are working on it. Asked for a loaner again because I need to go to work the next day and he said I’m not getting one because the car is not being diagnosed, is not an emergency either and showed without an appointment, minded I can barely make it to the dealer because the car doesn’t have much power. He said maybe by tomorrow I will have an answer on my car because is late and no one is there to help me Asked for a manager and he said all managers are gone, I said at 4:30? He said yes no one is here to help you and if you need a car to get to work rent one. My car is under the warranty only 26,000 miles and I have to rent a car on my own if I want to go to work. He treated me like I’m a stupid that doesn’t know anything about cars because I’m a woman. As soon I get my car back I will never go back there, I’m looking for another Chevrolet dealer. Shame on you for having that kind of service agents not able to help the costumers. Need to send them to classes on costumer services .

Exceptional Sales Team
My third lease with Pride Chevy and as usual a great experience. Doug and Tom could not have been more helpful. Doug my sales person was great with helping me pick out exactly what I wanted and having the Sales Manager, Tom, right out front with the sales team and actually being able to talk with him was a pleasure.

went to pride Chevrolet dealer in Wakefield Massachusetts
went to pride Chevrolet dealer in Wakefield Massachusetts to have them replace my driver side mirror they replaced my mirror and installed driver's door panel improperly also damaging the door there is a dent in the door where they pried the panel off. The panel is not installed correctly and it is obvious when looking from the outside in, the panel is 1.5" taller than the other side. Water is also coming in when it rains. took the vehicle back to them the lady at the front desk said there is nothing they could do and it is fine but it obviously isn't when compared to the other. The manager originally said yes, I see what's wrong. then came back and said we are not going to help you with this issue I would like an apology for this and my door panel installed properly.
