Advice to Future Porsche CPO Buyers: DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR PORSCHE NORTH AMERICA. Don't waste your money Please do your homework before purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Porsche. My experience with a 2018 Porsche Panamera 4S has been disappointing. I drove the vehicle less than 2,000 miles after purchase and encountered major issues, including suspension concerns and battery problems. I requested the vehicle’s prior service history to better understand whether these issues existed before I purchased the car, but Porsche Cars North America stated that they would not provide previous service records due to privacy policies. In my case, I was repeatedly told that certain items were considered “wear and tear,” even though the vehicle was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned Porsche. As a consumer, it can be frustrating to pay a premium for a CPO vehicle and later face expensive repairs that you believe should have been identified or addressed during the certification process. My advice: Before purchasing any CPO Porsche, ask detailed questions about: The condition of the suspension system and battery. Whether any components are near the end of their expected service life. What is and is not covered under the CPO warranty. Whether there are any pending recommendations or signs of wear that may lead to costly repairs shortly after purchase. A CPO designation does not necessarily guarantee that you will avoid major repair expenses. Obtain a thorough pre-purchase inspection and make sure you fully understand the warranty limitations before signing. after two months of waiting and constantly communicating with dealership and Porsche North America that all they said to me "I wanted to provide you with an update regarding your concerns. Porsche Cars North America has connected with Porsche Stratham and spoke with Anthony W., a Sales Manager. Based on their review, the components in question have been identified as wearable items, and as such, there is no coverage available as wearable components are not warrantable. As it has been over a year since the vehicle purchase, they advised that this matter has been discussed with you on several occasions. Porsche Stratham also shared with Porsche Cars North America that they have been in contact with you directly and have previously provided this information, along with an offer to appraise your vehicle. Their leadership team—including the General Manager and CEO—are aligned in this determination. As noted, Porsche Stratham remains available to appraise your vehicle should you wish to explore a potential buyback option. Additionally, Porsche Cars North America supports the Porsche Center’s assessment and recommends proceeding with repairs through Porsche Gold Coast. We also reached out to Porsche Gold Coast on your behalf and spoke with Deja in their service department. They confirmed that the rear shock absorber is leaking and cracked, requiring replacement. A quote has been provided in the amount of $3,033.77 for this repair and Porsche Manhattan Quote me 12,927.03 for all the issues that the car has. I purchased a 2015 Boxster GTS from Porsche Stratham and I have to say it was the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. And on top of that it was a sight unseen purchase as I live in California. Communications with Alex Bourdeau, Sales and Anthony Wallace, Sales Manager were excellent and timely. Alex and Anthony followed through with every promise made, and the car when delivered was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Porsche Stratham if you are shopping for a new or used vehicle even if you are out of state.

Purchase process was overly long seams service department is short staffed. Wanted the car to come with a Porsche warranty was unable to do because of over priced quote for the repair from shop. One of the delays was for repair of rear spoiler when I got home I put the spoiler up there was a large amount of mud under it you would the mechanic would have told the recon person about it. Also when the car is turned hard left like I have to do to get into my garage the right front wheel locks up this happened when I first parked coming home from the dealership. Gary and Anthony were both excellent to work with not to happy with quality of the service department on quality of the delivery and time to get the car ready. Car should never been advertised for sale until it had gone through the shop and received a clean bill of health.

Hi I just got my 2023 Acura mdx type s from them. My salesman liam Bird was the real deal he even came in on his day off to make sure we met face to face.wasn’t a easy process cause am from mass but we made it work had my truck know for about a week and am loving it he even still hit me up to check make sure everything is ok was a great experience working with him thanks again.
