My first experience buying a used car online. To say it was a pleasant surprise would be an understatement. From start to finish dealing with Prime Motorz & my sales person, Vinnie, was OUTSTANDING. This was my 7th Corvette & I new exactly what I wanted. From the onset, each time I called Vinnie, he answered. When he said he would call back that's what he did & timely fashion. He & his mgr were flexible in negotiations for both the car and the car traded in. Once purchased I couldn't take delivery of the car right away. I did want to transfer the trade-in ASAP. Vinnie worked to pick up the car early. With the new car the transporter was late in arriving, Vinnie tracked him down & stayed in touch wiht me.Always available. The 2nd remote did not work even with a battery change. I took it to dealership. They said I needed a new remote & shank almost $600. Called Vinnie and immediately said they would pay 1/2 w/o argument. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from them. Just OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and a very beautiful, clean 2019 Corvette.

I have never written a review regarding the purchase of a vehicle. However, my experience with rime Motorz was exceptional. From my first telephone call with Vinnie to inquire about the Porsche 911 the had advertised, to the morning I walked into the dealership I felt very comfortable this was someone I could work with. I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Vinnie was incredibly professional and obviously knowledgeable about the car. My questions were all answered in detail and made me feel as if I was a long-time valued customer. In reviewing their facility and the beautiful exotic vehicles in their inventory it was obvious this is a high-end company. The actual sales process and paperwork was equally done with detail and integrity. I would recommend Prime Motorz to anyone searching for a quality used exotic car or SUV to contact them!!!

I made a cash offer $2,000 below sticker, offer was never accepted but they said the vehicle was sold, I drove by the dealership and the vehicle was still there

This is not a typical dealership - and a cut above the rest in every respect; absolute price transparency, a willingness to process all related papers - you can be in and out without any pains, headaches, or hassle. You will find prices here unmatched throughout the great state of Michigan, and some of the kindest most capable sorts to sell vehicles. Contacting my bank to ensure the debit limit was raised took longer than any of the paperwork associated with this purchase was completed, and they were nothing but patient and flexible. PLEASE, if you are reading this review, give them a call -- you will absolutely NOT regret it. This location saved me a lot of grief and stress and they WILL take care of you.

I bought the most beautiful Porsche Panamera from this dealership. I LOVE my car, have had no problems, and they even traded my old vehicle in.
