This was by far the best car buying experience I have

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, in and out in less than an hour.We walked away happy and felt very much taken care of. We would come back again and again!

This place does not deserve even 1 star HORRIBLE

This place does not deserve even 1 star HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST - STAY AWAY! Every single individual I have came in contact with at DriveMax is HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! Sales person: Sonny. I was very upset with the way I was treated by this salesperson at this dealership. This man should not be selling anything. He lacks customer service and does not know a single thing about selling a car. He has terrible communication skills and lack transparency. This has been the most awful car purchase experience with poor treatment of customers. I have dealt with real and true professionalism but this place does not even come close! Manager: This individual was truly unprofessional and was extremely aggressive when I declined to purchase car warranty Service Department: Mikayla. This woman has no clue how to do her job. Another example of terrible communication skills. Car had to be brough back due to mechanical issue. I've spoken to this individual on several occasions with my concerns. Brought the car in and it wasn't even checked for what it was brought in for. Lots of phone tag and she does not call you back when promised MANANGEMENT: PLEASE RE-TRAIN YOUR STAFF. THE FEW THAT I HAVE COME IN CONTACT OR HAVE ENCOUNTERED HAS BEEN HORRENDOUS. IF YOU CONTINUE TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS WITH NO CHANGE YOU WILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! There is NO Customer Service and your satisfaction is not priority. They sound good to start with and then they flatline. Alyssa, The sales agent I dealt with started out wonderful and then left me hanging all day waiting for her to answer a few questions on a vehicle I was interested in. 2 days in and still no response as promised. Overall, they did me a favor. There are other really terrific honest used car dealers out there. I should have paid attention to all the other negative Comments And not wasted my Time. Stay away from this one.

I set an appointment to pick up the vehicle to get a

I set an appointment to pick up the vehicle to get a pre-purchase inspection, appointment was confirmed etc. On the day, 5 minutes before the appointment I was told that the car was sold yesterday. This wasn’t appreciated, if the car was going to sell to someone else- it would be courteous to inform the potential buyers who had future appointments with the vehicle as soon as possible.

Found a very nice, clean, reasonably priced, low mileage

Found a very nice, clean, reasonably priced, low mileage Mazda CX-5 here for my daughter. We purchased the car but experienced the following… Unbelievably, this dealership (both sales and finance) simply did not return our phone calls during the sales process. Nor did they return calls from the DCU bank people we were working with. I always had to get in my car and physically go to the dealer’s West Bridgewater/Brockton site to conduct business. The dealership sold us on paying a hefty sum for LoJack recovery services and handed us a signed LoJack contract. BUT they did not activate the service with LoJack. When we contacted LoJack directly and referenced our contract number they did not recognize us. We were not in their system. The dealer had pocketed our money and we got zero LoJack coverage in return. They also sold us coverage to replace a lost key / fob. Same thing happened. When I contacted the phone number I was given for this service they had no record of us. The dealer did end up replacing our lost key but only after some insistence on my part and they sensed I was interested in buying another vehicle from them. The finance manager we dealt with originally is gone. The sales person we dealt with originally is gone. We’ve decided to not fight with the dealer over the LoJack scenario. Rather, we have opted to cut our losses / aggravation and just not go back. Which is too bad because they do keep a very nice fleet of used vehicles in stock.
