Do NOT purchase an extended warranty with your vehicle
Do NOT purchase an extended warranty with your vehicle from this place. Probably best just to take your business elsewhere. The warranty company they use is absolutely horrendous. Completely screwed me by only paying for 1/3 of my repair. They'll pitch the top tier warranty as if it is so great when in reality it'll barely pay for anything. The dealership said they'd help but then I never heard back from them... My car has now been in the shop for 3 weeks and counting.

I will never go to this car dealership again.
I will never go to this car dealership again. The after service was terrible. I bought a car and within the first 2 weeks the check engine light came on. I brought it back and had the unpleasantness of dealing with Micheal who could not answer any question directly and constantly acted like he was doing me a favor. He did diagnostics of the car and told me it was finished with diasgonostics after an hour, but when I asked what was wrong he did not say. I waited another hour after my car sat there and then said i would bring the car back to which he told me to bring it back as he had to bring it to volkswagon for a recall. I brought it back on the day it was to be brought to volkswagon and waited 30 minutes. My car was still sitting there. I told michale that if it is a recall i will bring it to volkswagon myself and if I was charge I would be giving them the bill. He told me they would not pay the bill and I had to speak to Tom in management. Come to find out the car did not have a recall, the service department at drivemax just did not know what was wrong with it. Tom gave me a loaner car (needing maintenance and air in the tires) and it was 2 days before i heard anything about my car, and that was only after I called them to check in. Micheal said one part was needed to be ordered and it would be fixed. I waited 3 days then called again. Michael told me the part would be in that night. I wanted another 3 days again and he told me they were waiting on another part. So, the fix that was just supposed to be one part was now 2. I waited another week and called again. Michael once again said the part would arrive that night. I told him to call me when the part came in. he told me he would and then 2 days later i received a text that the car was done. I told him i would be in the next day and texted him on my way. He told me he needed 20 minutes and thecar would be ready. When i got there, the car was covered in bird poop and would not start. It took 3 mechanics to figure out how to open the hood, and after 10 minutes i had to leave to get to work. Micheal then texted me 20 minutes later saying they replaced the battery and the car was ready. I told him to run all the test to make sure it was running correctly and to clean the car as i did not bring it covered in bird poop and i would pick it up after work. He said the car was ready and cleaning it was not part of the agreement. He then proceeded to tell me the check engine light was my fault and they replaced it as a favor. then he told me the battery they changed as a courtesy. My battery was checked before brought in and was fine. When I did go to pick up the car it did run this time, but it was still covered in bird poop. Would never bring my car here for service again, would not buy another car, and will tell anyone who is going there to stay away. A terrible dealership and even worse service department. They act like they're doing oyu a favor by fixing the problems on a car they just sold you and will be petty and not clean your car that they dirtied simply because a wash wasnt discussed

We drove 1.
We drove 1.5hrs to look at what appeared to be a very nice looking Navigator. When we arrived at our scheduled appointment time, the assigned salesperson was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up he brought the vehicle up front. What a disappointment. EVERY body panel had scratches. Also it was supposed to have a clean carfax, but it was very evident that the front and rear bumpers had been replaced. There was also evidence of the vehicle being covered in mud and the wiped off with a towel or similar. This dealer also has a MANDATORY "safe and sound" add on package. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!

My experience with DriveMax in West Bridgewater was
My experience with DriveMax in West Bridgewater was extremely disappointing. I found a car I loved and went in prepared to purchase it with cash. From the moment I sat down with the sales agent to negotiate, it was clear the staff was inexperienced. The sales representative was willing to walk away from a cash deal because I refused to purchase their “DriveMax Care” package for an additional $1,000. I was told it was required in order to buy the car. They frame it as “pre-installed accessories” that they don’t want to remove, but it felt like a forced add-on simply to inflate the price. After pushing back, they eventually agreed to remove the package. What really aggravated me was what happened next. I rushed back to the dealership with a check for the balance because I was told the car would be ready for pickup on Saturday. When I arrived, the car was not ready at all: • The car had not been washed • The bumper I was promised would be buffed and polished was untouched • The inspection sticker had not been done • The tank wasn’t filled with gas On top of that, the dealership charged $895 in fees, yet I still had to handle several things myself, including working with my insurance to transfer my plates and taking the car to get the inspection sticker. The situation got even worse when I took the car for inspection. The car failed because the OBD sensor was not operating. When I contacted the dealership, they told me I needed to drive the car back to them. At that point, after everything that had already happened, I simply did not trust them to handle the repair properly. I asked if they would reimburse me for taking it to the BMW dealership instead, and they refused. Between the forced add-ons, unclear fees, the car not being ready as promised, and it failing inspection immediately after purchase, this was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I’ve had. Buyers should be very cautious and make sure everything is clearly documented before completing a purchase here. UPDATED: 4/6/26 Since my original review, someone from DriveMax reached out asking how they could make things right. I provided a detailed list of every expense I incurred to get the vehicle through inspection. After reviewing my expenses, they offered me less than half of what I spent — with the condition that I remove my negative review. Conditioning a settlement on silencing a consumer review is a violation of the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act. I will be filing complaints with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR). My original review reflects my honest experience and I will not be removing it.

I would give this place zero stars if I could.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and the money—stay far away from DriveMax. The entire experience was a masterclass in shady business tactics. First off, the price you see online is a complete lie. Once you sit down, they force a mandatory "accessory package" onto the contract that adds thousands to the final cost. It’s non-negotiable and packed with things you don't want and didn't ask for. It gets worse. They flat-out refuse to take cash or outside financing. If you’ve done the smart thing and secured a loan through your own credit union, they won't talk to you. They force every customer into their own predatory lending schemes with astronomical interest rates designed to keep you in debt forever. If you are looking to buy a car, this isn't the place to find one. They don't care about customers; they only care about how much they can squeeze out of you through hidden fees and exploitative loans. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
