Dropped car for annual Service and software update.

Dropped car for annual Service and software update. Waited until it was done. When we drove away, immediately several warning lights were flashing and had to turn around and come back. Super frustrating. A week went by with no communication until they called and said it was ready. We appreciated the loaner, but from a customer service perspective a call mid week to connect would have been appropriate. Also, the service rep blames “Volvo” on the update problem. Seem odd when you’re Volvo. Love the car tho

While they were fairly nice in the beginning, it seems

While they were fairly nice in the beginning, it seems that as soon as I drove away, they didn’t care anymore. I called soon after I arrived home to tell them there was a problem with the windshield. The reply was short and defensive and their glass man said there was nothing he could do. I sought out my own repair at my expense just to feel safe in my new car. Next year when I trade again, I will not be buying from Ferman.

The car buying experience with Ferman Volvo, was one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of going through. The whole staff really made me feel welcome and comfortable, almost felt like family. I drove over 4 hours to make my purchase, but left the dealership feeling it was worth every mile!

The dealership was clean, and the service department

The dealership was clean, and the service department staff were friendly and polite. They serviced my car quickly and everything was low pressure. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the cost of replacing the main and service batteries which came to over $1,000 (and that was with a 10% off coupon).

We had a great experience with Jason and everyone else at Ferman Volvo. There was no high pressure sales tactic, no false promises and after checking every other Volvo dealer in the state realized they had the best pricing. We will definitely be returning customers.
