I always have a great experience every time I get my vehicle serviced at Herb Gordon Subaru in Silver Spring. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had concerns about my vehicle and they made sure to check out the potential issues. Thank you to Rodney, Junior and Laurie for whole start to end experience. If you have a Subaru and live in the DMV area I would highly recommend Herb Gordon at Silver Spring. Even took time to wash my car.

Very professional stuff, great service, always on time. As they say “we want you to be happy”, and they always follow their own rule. They always provide me with a loaner, which is extremely helpful

Herb Gordon Subaru supported me while in the midst of my very own “series of unfortunate events” and I can’t thank them enough! Driving in downtown Bethesda, my power steering suddenly went out and then my battery died. After being towed to Herb Gordon Subaru, I was introduced to Vitaliy, a phenomenal service advisor. Together both he and Greg kept me informed about the costs of the parts/services that my car needed. That day they had me in a loaner car and I was able to continue my appointments— a realtor needs their car! I asked very bluntly if I should purchase a new car or if my Outback with only 90k miles would continue to drive well after said repairs. I felt confident in their guidance to continue with repairs. My brakes were an issue and after trying several options, the part needed was going to cost close to another $1000 I was distraught. Subaru worked with me and helped to offset some of the costs of the part needed...I was already spending a chunk of $$ and they realized my situation. They treated me with so much respect and I felt truly guided in making my decisions. Fast forward to the day I’m going to pick up my car and return the loaner — I got rear ended in the LOANER car!! I felt so bad, even though it wasn’t my fault, I still felt like I wrecked a brand new car that they loaned and was mortified. Ken, the service manager called to check on me while I was still at the scene and reassured me that everything was okay and accidents happen. Laurie also helped to assuage my concerns by making the insurance accident reporting effortless. I can’t say enough about the amazing folks at Herb Gordon Subaru. I felt cared for, understood, and appreciated as a customer. I’ve always known I’d be a lifelong Subaru driver, but I won’t ever take my car or buy another car from anyone but the incredible folks at Herb Gordon! I continue to work well and enjoy the association with the Herb Gordon people....As. matter of fact, we just (an hour ago) purchased a new 2021 Forester Limited from Herb Gordon and especially from their excellent team. Bravo to all!!
