This has got to be the best dealership ever. I have had three years of exceptional service since I bought my car here. The scheduled maintenance service has been exceptional. This morning, the Service Advisor Michael Goodman was incredibly helpful to get my car serviced efficiently quickly and the technician Manuel Martinez was equally helpful and accommodating. They have all been knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant to deal with.

The dealership’s agent provided me comprehensive concierge-level customer service and kept me informed on the status of work from start to finish. I also appreciated receiving my car back washed and looking brand new. I was particularly concerned about CDC and MD compliant service delivery in the era of Covid-19 but found the dealership delivering a comprehensive and responsible Covid-19 protocol. While everyone wore a mask, both employees and customers, they all passed within 4 feet of the outside chairs provided for customers choosing to wait outside. A moveable bank style traffic control barrier is needed to prevent indirect contact within 6 feet recommended by CDC.
