I've worked with two other Audi dealerships over the years for buying pre-owned Audis, and the difference between them and Audi Pittsburgh in terms... of quality is not even comparable --- Audi Pittsburgh is by far the best. Throughout the experience, I was treated just as well as a customer buying a brand new Audi, which meant a lot to me. Starting the process, Larry in service kindly went out of his way to help me find a very specific and hard to find Audi by relaying my request to the sales team. I was beyond surprised when Jon D in sales found the Audi within days of the request! When showing me the Audi, Jon D create a personalized sales experience that felt more like chatting with a good friend who knows cars than working with a salesperson. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic to my needs. The entire sales process was quick and easy thanks to Jon D, Brad, and Jon M -- I was in and out within an hour! Everyone at the dealership was warm, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend Audi Pittsburgh and look forward to working with them in the future.
Steve was very helpful and influential in my decision to purchase another Audi. My previous experience with another dealer was not positive. Paul and Patrick in service were great and rushed my Q7 though due to an hospital appointment I had to attend. Elliott in sales showed me other Audi's... while waiting. His knowledge is superb! I will buy from him in future. I recommend this Audi Dealership.

Prior to the sale I would get contact from the salesman, sales manager and I believe the finance manager on as regular basis. They were very accessible... and the salesman was professional throughout the entire process and still is. The problem I have is that I purchased extra coverage for my car including an appearance protection package. The dealer was closing up for the day when I finalized the purchase and asked that I come back in the next couple of days to get the paint protection applied and they lost one of the keys to the car so they had to order another for me which would be programmed when they detailed and applied the paint protection to the car. The woman who set the appointment did it via text which was convenient and I clearly explained what needed to be done to the car. The woman said the appointment would only take 40min and a loaner car wouldn't be available for 3 weeks or so. I replied in detail that I'm unsure how a key could be programmed along with a full detail service in just 40min she stated that was all the time necessary. When I arrived for the service and mentioned the paint protection application to the service writer he said no were programming a key, I explained that the reason for the visit was talked about in detail and he stated that I would have to bring the car back another day. I work long hours into the early morning oftentimes and this was the reason I just wanted to drop it off and get a loaner anyway. I showed the messaging to the service writer and simply asked is this clear or am I missing something here, he excused himself and came back a short while later stating that they would apply the appearance protection as well which was satisfying. Here is when it gets interesting, before long the salesman called and told me an explanation regarding the detailer having a family emergency. Next the sales manager came over and gave a different version of events yet assured me it will be taken care of. 3 hours later they bring my car up, I walk over to discover they applied the paint protection to my car without detailing it and didn't even bother to dry the poor wash job they did to it. Needless to say I was very upset and had to go back inside to get my own towel to dry my own car. You would think a premier brand who already made a mistake then made me wait 3 hours for incomplete service would ensure the work was done correctly. I could've given a neighbor kid $10 and recieved a better detail on my car. No apology or empathy whatsoever that you would expect from a premier brand. Needless to say I'm very disappointed, I feel like I helped them hit their sales goal for the month of August then I was completely disregarded and not valued as a customer whatsoever immediately after the sale.
Steven was very helpful and helped through the entire process. He made sure everything was taken care of and did his best to help me with everything. I... really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him. He was timely and organized and the process as smooth as he could. Overall a great experience working with him and the dealership.

There is no regard for the customer. Appointments are meaningless and they have yet service a car in one day. They provide no transportation or even offer... an apology.
