I had a dead battery in my Audi covered by factory warranty so I was stuck without jumping the vehicle to get to work and to the dealer! I called Pittsburgh... Audi at 10AM and they had the car at 11:30AM same day to fit me in! Great service and attention to detail, and the lyft rides to and from the office limited any work disruptions. Thanks Pittsburgh Audi team!!

I was in to service my Audi TT. The Cochran service staff - super! They Offered snacks and beverages while waiting. And great job on the car wash after... service was completed.
Paul was wonderful and very responsive. He was able to get me in and out quickly and work around my schedule. Paul had lyft rides set up for me to get... to work and back which made this an easy process.

Nothing but great things to say working with the people of Audi Pittsburgh. I came in on Monday to test drive an S3 I saw online after initiating a chat... with Brad online that morning. when I arrived, I worked with Jake to be able to take it out for a drive even though it was at their service center waiting to get the recalled piece installed. Jake was very helpful sharing details about the car and was in no way pushy. He worked with me to show me different payment options and thoroughly explained how the no-haggle pricing and the double trade-in valuation worked. Brad was the manager that did the physical valuation for my trade-in and I feel like he gave a very fair assessment and I was pleased with the offer. He also explained exactly why the S3 was priced the way it was - explaining the CPO, packages the car had and a nice little surprise that the car came with a set of winter tires and wheels. The next morning I got in contact with Jake and let him know I wanted to move forward with the sale. He immediately sent me a link to purchase the car right from my phone and stated he was going to get down to the service center to have the team get the recalled part replaced ASAP and have the car detailed so I could take delivery before the weekend. The car was complete already the following day and I completed the paper work and took the car home that Wednesday. Management even agreed to hold the winter tires and wheels in their garage at no cost since I will be needing those swapped out in just a couple of months. Overall, everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful making this a great car buying experience. Highly recommend if you're in the market for an Audi.
