Oscar was the rep that handled my vehicle at Audi Pgh and he took such great care of me! He always attentive and explained everything clearly and even problem solved to help come up with a solution since my car needed a part but due to it being Saturday it wasn’t possible. He followed up and kept me informed the entire time. Great guy and extremely respectful!

This review covers Audi on liberty Avenue, the Monroeville Repair Center, and, unfortunately, Audi, Washington. My advice boils down to one sentence. Do not buy a vehicle from these people, and especially not a Q3 SUV. I have had salesman mislead me about the history of a vehicle, maintenance people try to charge me. “Diagnostic” fees, while my car is still under full warranty, and managers promise action and then deliver nothing. A few months ago I had a chance to buy any vehicle I wanted. I decided to try an Audi. I can’t tell you how much I regret it. But I am a fighter. I will take my case to Audi executives across the United States and in Germany. In the meantime, my advice is to stay away from Cochrane. To be clear, my feedback, concerns, both SALES and SERVICE.

Hello. I am tempted to respond publicly, but I am not in the game of embarrassing people so I’m sending this privately.If you call the way I’ve been treated “doing everything to assist,” we sure do have different expectations. However, I have been in touch in the last week with corporate executives at Audi, USA and in Germany, and they actually ARE trying to do something to assist. That’s the difference.

Autumn was great to work with from the moment I got there. She was engaged and responded timely. She knew the product so she was able to answer all my questions. Jen was good to work with and she had prepared the paper work to get me in and out quickly. Thank you to Chris for sealing the deal for Autumn. My second purchase! I hope this car treats me was well as the first one I purchased from this dealership.
