As a female I have had bad and worse car buying experiences. This has not been the case with Audi Pittsburgh. I just leased my second Audi, working with... Steven Catalo both times. Steven is a joy to work with! He explains every detail of the transaction and is very patient with those of us who are not adept at math! Steven does not rush through the process nor is he pushy. And he delivered the car directly to my home. Talk about service!!

The experience was enjoyable! The car came from an out-of-state dealership. I had the car in three days from the the time it was ordered and Steven delivered the car directly to me. It’s beautiful!!
Our sales rep. Steven went above and beyond. He was very patient and knowledgeable, explaining everything about the car. Steven had to explain the navigation/music/telephone... system to me more than once and he did so without talking down to me. He was also very courteous and friendly at all times.

If you schedule a service appointment, you better be are get the name of the person you spoke to and I would also suggest writing down the time and date... and probably record the call. At a minimum, call a day before your appointment to be sure it is actually scheduled. I had a service appointment scheduled at least a month in advance, called the day before to confirm a loaner car, and was told I didn???t even have an appointment scheduled and they couldn???t do the service. Also, within a matter of a couple of minutes they were able to look back through a month of phone records and determined that from my phone number I had never called them before. In truth, I had also called prior to the service appointment to see if they had a valet service in monroeville. So, there at least two calls from my cell number. Just reschedule? I live an hour and half away and took off work specifically for this appointment.
