While trying to figure out what kind of car would work best for our little family, we narrowed it down to two models and found ourselves at Island Toyota on a warm afternoon. Al was lovely and kind, but our 18 month old daughter did not have the patience to be in a dealership for all that time, so we had to leave without making a purchase. We returned almost a month later to work with Ibrahim who was kind, very knowledgeable, and just overall great to work with. We came in knowing what we wanted and we were glad that there was a vehicle on the lot. Within two hours we had our keys and drove home with our new car.
