This is my second time coming to Island Toyota . I leased a 2019 Highlander and am currently leasing a 2023 Highlander. Matt and Ibrahim worked with me and as usual and got me an amazing price !! Quick, hardworking and amazing service. Trust me they make the car buying /leasing process easy!!I would 110% recommend going to see these gentleman for your car needs!

I bought Toyota Rav4 2018 from them on October 2021 and Ibrahim Usman was my sales man. I traded Toyota Yaris 2019 which he gave me very low price and he charged over priced for Toyota Rav4 2018 and told me this is certified car which was not. I also putted $1000 up front which he kept in his pocket and not added in final sale I feel bad, he lied too much.

While trying to figure out what kind of car would work best for our little family, we narrowed it down to two models and found ourselves at Island Toyota on a warm afternoon. Al was lovely and kind, but our 18 month old daughter did not have the patience to be in a dealership for all that time, so we had to leave without making a purchase. We returned almost a month later to work with Ibrahim who was kind, very knowledgeable, and just overall great to work with. We came in knowing what we wanted and we were glad that there was a vehicle on the lot. Within two hours we had our keys and drove home with our new car. Definitely recommend working with Al and Ibrahim. Thank you all!

Don’t believe 5000 no worries warranty. Dealership will not return my calls and corporate will not recognize warranty it is only through dealer. Whole thing is a lie. Now I have some secondary leasing company billing me. Will not be returning my business there. Go elsewhere scammers

I went to a few dealerships in search of a 2020 RAV4 Limited and found Island the friendliest and most honest to deal with. Ibrahim was friendly, helpful and always responded to my texts in a timely manner.
