Great phone service
I called in yesterday evening and got a lady named nia she was new from what I was told but gave me so much information about the truck I was looking at sadly the price was outta my range but I would recommend if your having a crappy day give her a call she has a very upbeat and positive attitude and wasn’t afraid to put me on hold to get more information I was super please and would definitely do my car experience here if she was my sale’s representative she told me to spread the word so here’s my part thank you royal family for the great phone service

The nicest people I have ever dealt with! Thank goodness there are places that treat you like a person not a credit score. My child has disabilities and my credit score is bad because I have had to make a choice of paying bills or getting my child to the hospital for the care that they needed. I needed a vehicle, that is reliable and trustworthy to get my kids around. And the salesman went above and beyond for me! Now I am driving a great car with terms that I can afford

Don't waste your time.
Don't waste your time with these people. Any car lot that wants to run credit before you even see a car is messing with you and your credit. I didn't even see the SUV on their lot that I came to look at. Probably a leader vehicle to get you on the lot. I also loved the manager calling to ask you what they did wrong and calls you a liar.

Don’t do it. Crooked buy here pay here lot
Go to a normal dealership. Not this buy here pay here lot. Got a vehicle, few months later engine is roaring, fluids from 3 locations on the ground. Took it in for warranty repair. The service contract was not used. Sat for couple weeks. Got it back said nothing was wrong. I’m stuck with $450 car payment on a 2019. Car not fixed. They also text and called my phone trying to harass me. I took care of that. I see they have three active lawsuits through canton/Massillon court systems. I will be reaching out to the parties that are suing. Maybe we can all get some relief from this mess.

Don’t Believe Anything They Say
I was pre-approved but because my credit is a bit below average I could only go to Royal. I looked at the cars on their website and did my research. My salesman was nice and first impression was pretty good. Then he wanted me to sign for them to find “the best deal” for financing. I said I didn’t want them to do that because it would affect my credit score and I have worked very hard to get it up and still working on it. I wanted to use my pre-approval. After much discussion they managed to convince me that it wasn’t going to affect my score because of the way they do it. I told him which car I was interested in and I looked at it. Told him I didn’t like it as much in person and he showed me the one next to it and I liked it but told him I wasn’t sure and wasn’t going to rush into anything. When I got ready to leave he said they had a deal worked up and they wanted me to put $100 down to hold it. I hadn’t even decided on a car yet! I had no idea that a deal was being done. I left but I found the car I wanted on the website and went back but was told it was in the back. We talked about other cars but told him I wanted to see the one in the back. He went somewhere and when he came back he said he had a surprise for me outside. I thought they brought the car for me to drive it. When I got outside there was a totally different car way out of my price range. I asked what was going on and he acted like it was funny or something. I asked him again about the other car and he said the bank wouldn’t approve it because of the mileage. I told him that car was way out of my price range but he insisted I drive it. While driving I shared with him the situation I was in and that it was very important that I get something that is affordable. I asked about the car he showed me the first day but all he wanted to talk about was the car I drove. The next day I get a notification that my credit score had changed. I called and they said that there were over 7 inquiries and that affected my score. I never trust anyone. Especially car salesmen. But I let my guard down. I sent the salesman an email explaining that I wouldn’t be coming back and why. I told him that they didn’t have anything in my price range that they would show me. My car died a day or two later and my pre-approval expired so now I have nothing. Complete waste of time and I wouldn’t go there if the car was free.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Let me start with BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! If you are going to buy a vehicle from Royal Motors PLEASE take a word of advice from me......Don't Sign Papers Till You Take The Vehicle To Your Own Mechanic And Have It COMPLETELY Checked Over.......As we had bought a vehicle from them and it HAS MAJOR ISSUES......It was okay at first ( so it seemed) but the check engine light had come on not long after and I took to the service department and they said was some kinda fuse or something. Well got it back light was off for a few days then back on. Well on November 9, 2022 took my vehicle in because when I got home from outta state it started to spit n sputter not wanting to stay running and the warning light come on saying engine power is reduced so they made an appointment for the 9th of November. We dropped it off the 8th. And today is December 22,2022 and still yet to be fixed. All we get it was this no it's that no maybe it's this......they are nowhere near what you would call mechanics or service people. They can't figure out what is wrong and get this they even took it to another garage to have them put on their scope they tell them what they got and they supposedly took it back n did what their scope detected and it still isn't working right so they call the other garage tell them they are bringing it back and for them to fix it. So the mechanic there has put back on scope and detected basically same thing and had called them over 5 times leaving messages so he knows what all they have done and what parts they supposively put on it and yet to hear anything back from them. During this whole time we have made phone calls and they "SAY" I will call you and they NEVER call you. They have never left us in the loop or updated us on anything unless we would go in person to them and complain. Oh and they only tell u what they think u want to hear but we know differently......they have no clue what so ever is wrong with the vehicle. And here we are 44 days later and still nothing.....NO CONTACT....NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!......I would think after so many days of scratching your head on this vehicle you would be able to figure something out or say hmmmm maybe we need to rectifying this situation for the customer some how. And also BEWARE of the warranty. If u buy the warranty they have beware cause I truly believe they are molded from the same stick. From the beginning Jason was to send a letter over to them so we could get a rental vehicle and to this day we haven't heard anything. They knew from the start I had to go out of state for family situations and it was we will have your vehicle fixed then it was we will get you a rental.......well that day come and I personally had to go rent me a vehicle so I could make it there and over $500 later they still to get us a rental or in contact with us. And now it's Christmas around the corner and we will have to pay out 500 or more out of our pocket again to go visit our family......and why......BECAUSE THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND NO QUALIFICATIONS TO WORK ON ANY VEHICLE!!!! I have no RESPECT for that service department or Jason what so ever.....and I know he doesn't care about what I think or what xxxx and stress we have been put threw so far and STILL going threw with this whole situation!!!!! Did we go get our vehicle back yes we did.....and not from them it was at the other garage.....We Will Be Taking Further Actions!!!!!

They did a good job with us!
They were super helpful as soon as we arrived. We test drove a few vehicles and they answered quite a few questions for us. They brought the mechanic out as well with our concerns and when we found an issue after we drove off the lot, they fixed it! I know a lot of people will easily post bad reviews but our overall experience was a good one here.

Con artist scammers 2 hours after left with my 16,000.00 transmission had problems. 3 months later promises of fixing never done. Say it covered under warranty and trying to take money from me upping price junk cars no cerified tech. And sleeps good at night knowing he’s dirty
