Not professional

Visited 3 weeks ago on a Saturday. Worked with Tim,he has good customer service. They couldn?t get me approved that day. Told me to call on Monday. Needed a car that day. Went to another dealership and realized they kept my personal information (original pay stubs, 2 pieces of mail) called to see if they could fax or mail them, they refused to fax them and the manager KIM told me she would send them to me in the mail because they didn?t feel comfortable faxing my info, ok. That was 3WEEKS ago! Still have not received my pay stubs/mail, called KIM today, Friday the 27th, she now tells me my pay-stubs were shredded. Wait...what? Why would you shred original copies of someone?s personal information?! Especially if you told them you would MAIL them, unbelievable! Nothing I can really do about this but write a review and worn others to be careful handing out personal information to these people. Not professional, please re consider before handing these people you personal and sensitive documents! Thank god I found a reputable dealer with low interested rates, I got approved for a car I really wanted that day.

I love Royal Family Motors!

I bought my very first car today with my fiance! All the guys here are great!! Alec Hane took great care of us today. He was awesome!! He worked hard to make sure I got into the car I wanted and im so happy he made it happen like he said he would!! Royal family motors is a fantastic place with hreat people who actually care about you. I will forever recommend everyone I know to this amazing establishment! Thank you so much guys for getting me into this beautiful car and for taking such great care of us. Cant wait to return and ring that bell a second time :)

I loce

I bought my very first car today with my beautiful fiance :) These guys are awesome!! Alec Hane is a great guy and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle. You guys rock and thank you so much for working so hard to get me into the exact car I wanted :) Loved ringing that bell today!!!

My new car and friends at Royal family motors

We are so happy with our new car from Royal Family motors. We purchased a Nissan Juke yesterday and we couldn't ask for better people to take care of us. Everyone was helpful in walking us through all the steps and really took the time to answer our questions and make us happy. After buying a car here we will always come to them for future cars and will be telling all our family and friends. Special Thanks to Kim, Clint, Doug ,and Terry you guys are truly great at what you do. Thank you so much for helping us. We love our new car and our new friends! Best place ever to get any automobile you need!!

This is the best place ever. They will work very hard for you, they make you their priority. I've looked around a lot, there is no better place to go than Royal Family Motors on Whipple Ave. They work hard for everyone and will get you into a nice, dependable car. Go see them, don't hesitate.

Nice salesman, poor service

Our experience buying a car from Royal Family Motors was mixed. Tom Greening was the salesman who helped us. He answered all our questions and took us through the process of buying the car. We liked him a lot. About 3 weeks after buying the car the check engine light came on. Our mechanic determined that the engine needed a major repair costing over 1300 dollars. Fortunately for us, Tom Greening had suggested we buy the 24 month extended warranty from Mileage Plus. They paid for the repair except for the 100 dollar deductable. But the most annoying problem was that the temporary tag for the car expired before we got the memorandum of title. Eileen called the dealership several times about the title but got no satisfactory response. Finally 4 days after the tag expired, the title guy told us that the title must have gotten lost in the mail. He also said we could take our bill of sale to the clerk of court office and they will issue use a new title. So we did that. We have bought cars over the years from good dealerships and never had problems like we had at Royal Family Motors. So unless you are looking for a specific car that only Royal has, you will be much better off shopping elsewhere.

Worst Experience Ever

I have been very patient and have waited four months, since January 2017, for a situation deterring this review and it didn?t happen. ?DO NOT ? I REPEAT - DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM ROYAL FAMILY MOTORS? in Stark County Ohio. If you are in a position that you may have to go to a small dealership to be able to purchase a car, do your due diligence and search for other small dealerships in the area who can help people in a difficult situation. If you are considering Royal Family Motors you are setting yourself up for aggravation and frustration. It was the middle of November 2016 and my son needed a car immediately. My son was a first-time buyer, needing a car immediately. The problem started 24 hours from the day of purchase 11/15/16. The check engine light came on. We live in Summit County, mandatory E-Check. They got the light to come off by resetting the computer and clearing the code. Again within 24 hours the light came back on. This is when the entire situation went south. Despite the readings, code for catalytic converter, they sent it to their outside mechanic. His answer was the converter needed cleaned out with a special fluid. This was Monday 12/19/16. Drive it and it should fix the problem. I took it to my mechanic 12/20/16 and the same reading, catalytic converter. Now after a month of no success, it?s down to 1 week to pass E-Check. I?m very angry and schedule a meeting to talk with the owner, service mgr., salesman, and general mgr. on 12/22/16. We meet, it was heated on both sides. I showed them a picture of my mechanics reading, they said it was the same as theirs but to let this last try of cleaning the converter take its course. We all finally calmed down and talked like adults. I agreed to run the tank empty, they agreed no success they would do what had to be done to fix the situation. They gave us documents to show their expenses so E-Check could grant an extension. The vehicle didn?t pass E-Check 12/28/16, same reading catalytic converter, the records were not accepted because they saw a minimal amount spent. My son aggravated, regained his composure and explained the situation. E-Check gave him a 6 month grace period. I called and went to Royal 12/28/16 to drop the car off over New Year?s Weekend because I had 3 ? days off. We agreed I would bring the vehicle in Friday 12/30/16 because they and their other mechanic would be open Saturday and Monday to fix the car. The service manager and salesman said Royal would be open Saturday 12/31/16 and Monday 1/2/17. It was verified by their mechanic he?d be open. I called Monday and luckily the service manager happened to be in the building. Neither Royal nor the mechanic was open. He said he?d call me back after talking to the other mechanic. NO CALL. Tuesday 1/3/17 after work I went to get the vehicle, not at the dealership and they had to go get it. The service was just going to keep the car without telling me. I called back to talk to the service manager Wednesday 1/4/17 to schedule a time to bring the vehicle back again. No return call, I called again Thursday 1/5/17 to see what was going on. The service manager stated the owner was not going to fix it. I was thrown back as to why. The owner told him he saw a 1 Star rating with no explanation on google reviews and decided he wasn?t going to fix it and I quote ?THE CAR WAS SOLD AS IS?. I had no clue that happened and my son had mistakenly gave the bad rating and didn?t realize he did. I called 2X & my son once leaving an explanation and wanting to meet with owner to discuss what had happened. No return call. I called & said I would be in after work. When I arrived everyone was there. I was received with disrespect by the staff and had yet another concern to discuss. I sat there for 45 minutes watching everyone go in and out of the owner?s office. Finally the service manager and general manager came and said it was a tuff day for the owner and he wasn?t going to talk to me. I asked when, they said not to

New car 2006 Nissan

It was an awesome experience. Everyone who i dealt with was amazing. I was not pressured about buying, i felt very comfortable an they all answered all my questions an was patient with me, first time i bought a car by sself. An thats scarey. But i felt like they new that an took there time with me. I am very pleased about my car. An i Love it. Tku JD Crabtree an Clint, jennifer. I will tell everyone about ur dealership. i was very happy with sales rep tom greening and the f &i team they where very professional and took great care in answering all my questions and made me feel very welcome when i came to the car dealership very warm and friendly staff who truely care about their customers who they see i tell all to shop here for a vehicle
