Like family...
I always go to Honda because they use their original parts. I love how they keep a record of what you've done and what needs to be done. I wish my car would've got a wash this last time though, but oh well, I'm still going back. #A1

Rotten to the Core
Every time I go this Honda dealership for service I get one price and when I come back I get a much higher price. I only go there when I have to go to the dealer for a particular service. I went in for a windshield wiper motor. They had to order the part. I was given a price in how much the part and service will cost. I said ok. I come back once the part was in and I get a different price from Adrian. The price was 220 plus tax. I explained to him this price is alot higher than I was previously quoted. He asked do I have the price i said no and went on to say that he must have a record of the said no he did not. He talked to his manager then it went down to 150 for one hour of labor. I signed the form. Once the work was completed I was getting ready to pay then realized the realized the amount per hour listed was 134 plus tax. I asked why are u charging me 150 plus tax when it stated on the bill 134. Adrian tells me that the price is what his manager told him. He talked to his manager and they dropped it to 134 plus tax. They initially tried to charge me 220 plus tax down to 134 plus tax nearly 100 difference. You have to pay attention to your receipt and remember the price they quoted you because they will try to add more money to your bill. I asked the cashier if the dealership likes ripping people off she says well they all do that. I said to her what your admitting you guys rip people off? she answered saying that she buys new so she doesn't have to deal with that.
